I was looking for a new mattress for a while and had no luck I went in mattress firm in Delray and fell in love with one. Tim took the time and went above and beyond to help me. A couple days later i had my dream mattress and now can actually get a good night sleep and wake up in pain and still tired. I definitely am so thankful for Tim.

Tim and Rick are a great team. This store was amazingly helpful. I originally purchased a bed that was not comfortable and too small for the user. Rick helped me choose a replacement and arrange for the exchange. The transaction was seamless and they were so incredibly helpful and generous in crediting me for the prior purchase (was well within the 120 day return period) Still- they went above and beyond in helping me get the right bed. When the new bed was delivered, the gentlemen who set it up did a great job, were quick and efficient, and removed all packing materials. I can not give enough praise to this store's manager (Tim) and sales rep Rick. This is what customer service is about!

My wife and I needed to purchase new pillows. Rob Shelby helped us decide on the best pillow. He was thorough, patient and upbeat. We enjoyed our time at this mattress firm location and working with Rob. Highly recommend him and his team.
Update - yesterday, we went back into mattress firm to buy a new mattress and Tim Gibson helped us. Tim was amazing as well to work with. Great store with great folks.
