first off Carolyne is a class act, super professional, understood my situation and quickly got me approved considering my financial situation at the moment. Frankie (the owner) went above and beyond to get the vehicle i was interested in 100% looked over so he was confident he could put his name on it and get me on the road. unfortunately the deal fell through due to me being impatient and uncivil. i would do business with these people in a heartbeat if given the opportunity again. Honest trustworthy people who just look to good business ??

I purchased a vehicle here a few days ago. They offered to let me take multiple vehicles for a test drive and even helped me make sure the vehicle was good to go so that I wasn’t worried as I drove it off the lot. They also gave a good deal for the truck I bought and a fair deal for my trade in. They aren’t just giving vehicles away obviously but they are very transparent with the pricing and buying process. They provide a free Carfax for each vehicle which doesn’t seem like much but supplies perspective buyers with lots of good info. Lastly, the staff members (mainly spoke with Louise, Kyle, and Frankie) here were very friendly and helpful.

When buying a used vehicle I would recommend with my eyes close Marciano Auto Group! All their inventory is clean and transparent. There whole team is amazing but working with Carolyne made everything extra special! Her energy is one of a kind. Ask her for ! I would highly recommend this family owned dealership!

Marciano Auto Group is hands down one of the BEST OF THE BEST dealership that I've been to. At first I didn't want to deal with a small independent dealer but oh man I was wrong! Carolyne took care of me from the moment she contacted me about the Challenger all the way to finalizing the sale while making my wife and whole family feel like if they were home. Thank you Carolyne for everything that you did for me and my family. Marciano Auto Group is a dealership you MUST have on your list when looking to be taken care of! My air force son is going to be happy with his new CHALLENGER!

Jr I am happy to say I have found my dream vehicle at Marciano Auto group Carolyne the Sales Manager help me purchase my vehicle she is the very best in the North South East and West trust me come on down and see you won't be disappointed. As a veteran I've traveled the world and I've never never come across someone as unique, savvy, and authentic as she is. Carolyne not only sold me a vehicle but she provided me with an experience. Huge waste of time. Took 3 days to get a proposal. I approved proposal with no negotiation and asked for wire instructions. Then they sold the trucks out from under me before even sending wire instructions.

Carolyne was absolutely wonderful. She took her time with me and help me get through all the financing paperwork and stuff like a champ. I would definitely recommend this place and her to anyone that’s looking for a car contact me. I’ll tell you it’s a great experience. I haven’t had this good time in weeks actually it made it a nice buying experience and she is absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable.
