The mall is lovely and very busy. There are a lot of stores and restaurants. Loft is a beautiful store, the nicest and most extensively merchandised I’ve seen. I personally had a return. The staff person was not very interactive. She did her job, she was efficient but my efforts to engage her in conversation fell flat. And she did not offer to match the online sale when I asked about it, she also made no effort to remind me of my 25.00 credit I could have used. That really annoyed me after I got home and saw the reminder email. A little more personality would have been appreciated.

What a nightmare of a store. No assistance. Staff is clueless about their own merchandise. Was not even greated when I walked in. Unfriendly Staff. Spend quite a bit of money. There was no thank you or hope to see you soon again.

if I could give a zero for customer service I would . I Walked into the store in Delray Market Place at 6:52 and was told I couldn't look around and shop since they close at 7. I still had 8 minutes... I was told I could come back tomorrow. Basically kicked me out unless the she could help me find something right away. I knew exactly what I was looking for but with the salesperson standing right By making sure I didn't shop I was very uncomfortable. I shop for all my work clothes at the loft but will never shop at this store again. im in the customer service business as well and this is definitely not a way to treat a customer.

Nice store, neat & orderly. I'm done ordering online from Loft. The shipping charges are exorbitant and if you have to return the item(s), you lose the amount you paid for shipping and that can really add up. Loft is one of the few stores that doesn't offer free shipping when you open a credit card with them.

Went to Loft today ready to shop and refresh my wardrobe. The most unfriendly staff I have ever encountered. I was a big customer of this store in New Jersey, and was so disappointed, Felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. Kinda sad....used to love this store. It was like I was invisible. I've never had a shopping experience like this one.

I recently went to this location for an exchange and to make an online purchase. I had a store credit that I wanted to use, however, the associated let me know she could not use it on an online item. She could not give me an explain as to the reason why it could not be used on an online item ( in store) and told me to just look around the store and find an item I can use it on. When I asked for an explanation, she stated that it just cannot be done and she has five years of experience working there. Nothing more. I eventually left the store without my purchase and called their corporate office. They assured me that it can be used in the store for an online purchase and apologized for my experience. They also assured me that they will inform the Loft store in Delray market place ( Delray, Florida) that they are mistaken. I love Loft and it was extremely disappointing to have had this experience. Hope they can do better. I won’t be visiting this location again.

Was really looking forward to refreshing my wardrobe and shopping at Loft in Delray Market Place. Sooooo very disappointed. Very poor customer service. Two employees talking about one’s upcoming cruise vacation. No greeting upon entering. No offer to help me find anything after 15 minutes of roaming. Then the unthinkable happened after asking about their sales: I was told to look at the signs! WOW. I then voiced my dissatisfaction and was smirked at by one of the salespeople. I will not be spending any more money at this Loft ever again.

Please STAY AWAY from MARCY BRENNER!!!! I was in Loft 5.15.19 going to return brand new pants, brand new black shirt, from a purchase I made of $460.00 I can really care less of their sales. I buy what fits and what I like. I had NO IDEA of their 30 days return policy. That even with tags and receipt the return will be based at sale price not full price you paid initially after 30 days . Again keep in mind I am a regular customer. I don't just buy one or two pieces. I get anywhere from 6 to 10 pieces of clothing. All of the associates know I am a regular customer. I buy a lot more than what I've ever returned from any of my purchases. To my surprise Extremely RUDE store clerk "MARCY BRENNER "I found her to be aggressive and threatening instead of professional and understanding. All she would say was NO NO NO I can't do a return with no tags and no receipt. Repeating over and over I am not going to do it!!!. Meanwhile I am keeping my COOL, asking her to please CALM DOWN!!!!!!. While I am going through my purse looking for the receipts .. Which AGAIN I have A LOT of receipts I buy TONS of clothes from Loft. She didn't even know how to look up receipts by phone number. But surely was ready to yell at me again!!! Instead of assisting me with looking up the receipt!!! Meanwhile another associate comes to the front desk. I ask to please help me as how she has done it in the pass with no problem at all. MARCY BRENNER kept yelling at me telling me NO NO NO I am not going to return anything. Meanwhile the other lovely associate kept quiet, observed the situation and said to me. You can return the pants and I'll give you merchandise credit. Which to me is NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL!!!!! THANK YOU! I do not need to deal with low level unqualified workers who do not know how to speak to a high valued customer per customer care. LOFT you should loose her!!!!! , she is not an advantage to Loft. You will get a reputation of poor customer Service! All MARCY BRENNER need it to do was to be more customer friendly oriented , and speak calmly. Not everyone is fully aware of return policies. That's your job to let customers know while they are buying for you to have a JOB.!!!
