The best courteous and helpful! The person who delivered the oxygen explained everything and Georgia was amazingly helpful! The oxygen person very knowledgeable and perfect!

Terrible place hard to speak to someone.
And they told patients the only open from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm , the website says until 5:00 pm.
I call Patrick more than 4 time , when he finally call , I miss his call, I call right away, and he wasn't available??
I call and text Amy to see if I can change my mask during the 7 day grace period for my CPAP, no answer.
Finally I speak to Patrick and he have snappy attitude.
Meanwhile they drained your insurance.
I won't recommend Lincare.

Patrick at the Lincare location in Boca Raton/Delray Beach was a true professional in every way. He was helpful, kind and extremely knowledgeable. People tend to be tough critics and I am no exception but I would absolutely recommend both Patrick and Lincare. I am a long time CPAP user and so I have had a number of previous experiences. I encourage anyone in need of help related to sleep apnea to reach out to Patrick and this location.

These guys are the best!! My phone conversations with Amy were very friendly and informative. Patrick set up my new machine and fitted my mask. He's the consummate professional and knows the entire CPAP procedure inside out. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience!

The folks at Lincare knows the meaning of customer service. They were very helpful when my mom had an emergency situation with her tubing. I highly recommend them.

I have service from Lincare office in Delray Beach for many years. The manager Patrick and his team of technicians are so professional. They are so attentive to patient's needs and requests. Their service is essential for sick people and they really understand this and acting fast and efficiently. I am greatly appreciat their efforts to help people like me - they give us ability to breath and live our life in comfort.

Boca manager rude & unprofessional. Took months to obtain supplies that don't fit & are unusable. After 3 months still didn't get a new CPAP. They waited so long that they needed to get a new RX from my Dr. this was insane and stressful. Had enough of the non sense and had to go to another DME company Aero Flow that is shipping a CPAP same day paperwork received. They are pleasant, professional and have gone above and beyond to expedite my new CPAP.
