i need to know who the owner of this place is !! After destroying my hair color and not knowledgeable of fixing it they only sent me out the door .. Said don't pay and ignored the damage they caused my hair . Your wednesday girl so unsure of herself and how to actually correct my hair

Today I had the worst hair experience of my life! My head still hurts from him tugging at my hair during a highlight, cut and blow dry. I even asked him to be more gentle! The cut was choppy and I still had to pay for him making the dryer too hot on my scalp.

I recently tried to get in touch with Kings and Queens Haircut, and it was quite a frustrating experience. Every time I called, I was directed straight to voicemail. It wouldn't be as bad if someone actually returned the calls, but it seems like no one is monitoring the phone.
To make matters worse, when you do hear the voicemail, the first words are "doctor," which leaves you confused about whether you're calling a hair salon or a doctor's office. It’s quite baffling and unprofessional. Is this person cutting hair a doctor who lost their medical license? Or did they somehow earn a doctorate in hair cutting? The whole thing feels incredibly shady.
And here's another kicker: if your number is blocked, not only will they not answer, but they'll block your number completely! This kind of behavior is totally unacceptable for any business, let alone one that relies on customer service and communication.
I would advise anyone considering this place to steer clear unless they improve their communication practices. It's simply not worth the hassle.

Worst haircut ever and still got pay for it. It is everything I said not to do. Very blunt and chopped with no definition, style or blending. So upset as I was told by the stylist she could cut it as requested.
FYI - Please tell the customers if you can't cut and style the way we want so we have a choice to leave or not. Working with the public, we need to look some what professional. This cut I received today is the look of a child who found scissors! Sorry

Jessica is so kind and did a wonderful job highlighting and cutting my hair. She referred me to Amanda for a blowout. Amanda is very professional and did an excellent job on my hair as well! I already booked another appointment with Amanda!
