I have cancelled my policy that I’ve had over 20 so years! It was going up and up in price every year so finally I said enough! So I called to cancel and they don’t even look to see if there is something they can do better to try to keep me or even say thank you for all your years you have been with us !! Nothing! They could care less ! I should have cancelled a long time ago!! I’m with a way better company now !!

We had a confusing and convoluted insurance needs. With 5 vehicles and 4 drivers of various ages we had been quoted rates from other agencies that would have been difficult to manage with monopoly money-Ha! We had the good fortune to call State Farm and the super good fortune to connect with Cindy Morris.
She was outstanding!! Very patient, understanding, very knowledgable in getting us great coverage at a fair price. We worked with her for over 2 hours and it was a great experience. She followed up with us a number of times over time to make sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend State Farm and working with Cindy Morris for your insurance needs.

I’m frustrated communication is not the best. Last week I updated a bunch of household information and cancelled a policy, this week I called and apparently nothing had been entered in the system. Then I called back and they took my name & number saying someone would call me back in a few minutes, at 4 pm on a Friday no one ever called so now I have to wait until Monday.

I have car insurance with State Farm for many years, and I am very happy with the service that the company provides, as well as with the costumer service.
Anytime I need to stop by at J. Peters' office in Delray Beach, to speak with one of the associates they are very friendly. Most recently I visited the office to see Juan Rodrigues, a Brazilian guy who took care of my issues quickly and is very knowledgeable on insurance policies.
