The worst experience ever, lack of professionalism, we had to go about three time because the broker is clueless, you ask questions and no solid answers, to reach the broker is a mission, tardiness, on his behalf, the location is next to a crack center, cops arresting ppl is a plus, and yep this is DelRey. Oh and let me add how professional this so call call broker is , gets upset like a kid when asked about the refund, has the audacity to say do you know who I am, no I don't and don't care, trying to intimidate the client, that's really professional, so no good review on my behalf, you suck, oh let me add we where charged a different price than advertised just for a simple tax form. So who knows if the taxes where properly done or he's back in his country enjoy others money illegally.

I can't state the value of the services provided here; I did not stay long enough, but if two weeks have not passed since your second Covid-19 shot, think twice.The waiting room is tiny, and since they take walk-ins in preference to those with appointments (these days we ALWAYS make appointments), you may well find yourself sitting near other, but mask-less, clients. Even the receptionist allowed her mask to fall below her nose and was quite abrupt when it was suggest she wear it properly. She also listens in on conversations, demanding to know if my wife and I were speaking about her behavior.
