I used this dry cleaners for a while and at first it was fine until the dry cleaner ruined my designer shirt. I told them to replace it and the owner got super nasty and rude to me. She is a con artist and a terrible human being. DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANERS. Normally delray store owners are super community oriented, not this woman. AVOID

I have never written a review (most definitely not a bad one before) but this type of customer service deserved a review. I highly recommend avoiding this dry cleaners at all cost. Not only will she ruin your clothing, but she will deny accountability. The owner is con artist or sadly, mentally unwell it seems. I brought my dress in the end of March, it just needed dry cleaning for some color issues. When I came to get the dress a week later, the dress was 3/4 times the size (they used the wrong method of cleaning and stretched it out drastically to the point that it wouldn’t stay on my body) I asked the owner to please put the dress they insurance as it was clearly ruined. She said she could fix it, 3 attempts later( I was super patient and polite letting her try to return it back to original form) it was not fixed (as there is no way to fix a dress that they already destroyed) I politely asked her to please replace the dress. She refused, stating she never did anything to the dress it came that way (I have time stamped pictures of the before and after) and started lying through her teeth (she said the dress got dropped off two years ago I have time stamps of the drop off and pick up dates all dated 2023) and being extremely rude, irate, and irrational. She told me to bring the dress back to the store (which makes no sense- the dress was beautiful her dry cleaners ruined it, the dress itself had no issues) I had a dress ruined once prior and the dry cleaners were so lovely, apologizing, replacing the dress and offering me extra store credit. The owner of the store sadly seems to suffer from deep psychological issues and has no care for her level of service or being a polite, honest business owner. I offered to show her the before and after pictures of the dress (with time stamps but she refused to be rational and look rather asking me to leave rather than being a professional and logical business owner)Highly recommend avoiding this business at all cost and finding a dry cleaners that cares about its customers and has values

Iris initially took responsibility for RUINING a blouse designer Equipment, in Turquoise Long Sleeved Silk blouse, and STILL awaiting reimbursement for this item it as promised. I'm still hearing Crickets. Too many good cleaners in the neighborhood. Do not recommend this cleaners. Terrible.

I have been using Iris cleaners since my local cleaners closed. the owner is usually nice and polite. but not when I questioned her on a recurrent charge (ESC) on my receipt and she said i should ask the city of Delray. I did and they didn’t know anything about that..told me to ask the owner..I never noticed that charge at my previous cleaners.While I was waiting to pick up my drycleaning I asked another customer if she received the same charge . the owner overheard me and got so angry that i dared to ask another customer about the charge.. that she told me not to return to the store..a bit extreme or maybe a sign of guilt. who knows.she just lost my business over an inquiry.. stupid move!!!

These ladies are incredible, incredible! They saved the day from a near wedding-gown disaster. I will be forever grateful for their help yesterday. We worked together and saved what could have been a bride's worst day ever. Literally worked a miracle and the best part, the bride never even knew! #TEAMWORK
