But instead of feeling rushed out, we had the pleasure of working with Albert S. Albert was a customer service superhero! He was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful, and exceeded expectations in every way! We came in stressed and my mom left feeling calm thanks to Albert who was the best brand ambassador T-Mobile could ever have. Thanks Albert and T-Mobile!! Job well done and thanks for treating my elderly mom the way you would want your mom treated!”

He was courteous, patient, and tried to help me as much as possible. The store was very busy, but he took his time with me. He told me to comeback and he would sync my phone to my laptop. He wasn't there on Sunday but another very nice young man helped me another issue that I had on the new phone. I will definitely go back on Monday and ask Julian for more help.”

“Yesterday afternoon I had a great experience at the Xfinity Store in Delray Beach. I received my new cell phone and needed assistance activating the phone as well as transferring my contacts, photos and etc to my New Phone. I waited until my turn and I was very lucky because I wound up with a Great Guy who was Friendly, Helpful, Courteous, Great sense of Humor, Caring and so much more. I'm so sorry that I forgot his name because in all honesty, he is truly an asset to Xfinity and its customers. He went up and beyond to help fully set up my phone, he transferred all my contacts, pictures, apps and did everything in helping me setting up my phone. Thanks to him, I'm so grateful that he helped me bec I'm not tech savvy at all. He even answered questions and concerns I had. We also had a great, friendly conversation as we were waiting for my information to be downloaded to Mt new phone. As I said before, I'm so sorry I don't recall his name but, Xfinity Store in Delray should definitely praise him for his outstanding customer service, friendliness, caring, excellent customer service and going up and beyond in helping me. He always had a smile and great conversation. Thanks again for everything you did for me yesterday afternoon. You truly are an asset to Xfinity and it's customers. “We have had a great experience with Timothy and Lightspeed. Timothy is hands on and was on site for the installation of a large number of phones for our new senior living community. Communication was solid throughout the process, beginning several months prior to installation. They were able to adapt to a few hiccups that were experienced during initial install, and stayed until the job was done. They were a good choice, and I would recommend them.”
