We had a non-standard size pavilion designed and built to fit in the area between the end of our swimming pool and the side yard property line. We would have preferred a standard size pavilion, but due to a 5' building setback we were left with very little usable space. The Hitching Post provided a full set of engineering drawings and negotiated all of the permits for us. They also extended the existing pool deck out for us. We are very pleased with the final project. My only two complaints were that that the process took 6 months to complete, and they did not provide a crew to relocate the existing underground pool and sprinkler system pipes. All of this was explained to me well in advance, so there were no last minute surprises. Our new pavilion looks great and it is engineered to stand up to any future storms that may come our way.

We just recently got our 12x20 mini house put in and it’s a beautiful addition to my home.The guys Nelson and Alex truly great workers and the owner Mike really helped me with a timeline and is much appreciated. Even if I’m the first to admit I could be a lil difficult. But it came out great. And we’re super happy with the whole process. Thanks to Kathy and Colin from the office too.

Poor Customer Service. My fiancé and I were buying a shed to serve as my home office. Our neighbors recommended the Hitching Post. Everything seemed to be going smoothly until our shed couldn’t be delivered due to them not having the tools necessary to deliver.This would be totally fine and understandable (things happen), if it was handled properly.We expected better communication out of the owner Mike, and to at least handle the situation better, versus nickel and dime us to resolve an issue they created.

Do not go here. Go to lake worth instead. Missed two delivery dates, little to no communication about rescheduling. Absolute joke of a business. Charges a 30% restocking fee for any cancellations of orders or refunds.

we purchased and very nice playground set. Asked them couple times if they would buy back after we were done using and they said "absolutely " now is time to get rid of it,and they claimed they play set can't be resell or reuse. just be aware of that before you spend $6000 for it.

Had a new shed designed and assembled by the team at Hitching Post - overseen by Kathy. She was very good and helped us pick the perfect shed design, with shutters, trim and roof shingle color to match what we envisioned.It was custom ordered in March and arrived in May. The day before installation, a crew arrived to prepare the shed site, even it out and spread a rock base. On Installation day, their shed crew arrived to build the shed and it was completed in around 3 hours. (shed is pre-built in Pennsylvania and shipped to Florida in sections - and assembled by the Hitching Post.) They also created the shed blueprints, engineering info and submitted to the Town for permitting, and managed the multi-step permit approval inspections.After final inspections and permit approval, we painted the interior ourselves and also installed vinyl flooring, which was left over from a previous project.Great shed!

I’ve used Hitching Post for playset installations in 2 different homes now and both experiences were excellent. For the 2nd playset, we had turf put down and it was done fast and turned out great. There was clear communication and care from start to finish with Kathy in the office and with the owner Mike. When the guys come to install the playset they work fast like Christmas elves. My kids couldn’t be happier and our yard looks amazing. I recommend Hitching Post highly.

Obviously there are a number of poor reviews for this company which made me nervous about using them. However, we couldn't be happier with the service we received. It was about a month between when we ordered our playset and when it was installed but that was because the set we ordered wasn't completely in stock. They were able to accommodate our schedule and the install went very smoothly. Our kids love their new place and we are very happy with our choice. I highly recommend this business.
