Quick and effortless buying process, primarily due to my salesperson Val. Always attentive, he got questions answered quickly and responded to all communication instantaneously, even after hours. The deal was fair and I like the car, but it was Val's service that made the purchase a true 5 Star experience.

To my knowledge, the work was completed that was requested. We took the remaining recommended items to another location. I was able to get it done for half the price and many of the items that they listed were not necessary. The service representative was not an attentive and had an attitude when I asked questions.

UPDATE 03/07/24- ***SERVICE DEPARTMENT LIES***<<Just wanted to warn others about this place. The work they performed at the time back in September included a "NEW BATTERY" that they were happy to bring to my attention and note on the invoice. The battery died last weekend (6 months later) and left the driver stranded while she was out and about.... Upon further inspection it was obvious that the battery was not new worn terminals & no date code decal. >>Also take notice that they do not respond to negative reviews.Service department has absolutely ZERO sense of urgency or importance when getting your car repaired. There is no reason at this point in time for a dealer to keep your car for a week to make a basic repair.They also lack communication skills, most of us rely on our car for transportation for work, daily tasks, etc... so the dealer should make it a point to properly communicate with the customer regarding the status of their vehicle... Not these guys, you’re on your own and good luck....

Just walk in and ask for Martin Keefe, he was my sales consultant during the purchase of my Toyota 4Runner Limited, he really went above and beyond to deliver world class customer service and gave me all the information and answers I needed.I also had a great experience with Anthony which assisted me in the first steps of this important purchase and Kevin Diaz, the “finance guy” that made the deal happenOverall this was by far the best experience I had at any dealership: I didn’t feel pushed, rushed or hustled by any means and I was very comfortable purchasing my truck here, highly recommended.

My experience with Grieco Nissan of Delray Beach was amazing My saleslady was Alexis. When I arrived she was very professional I knew she wasn't leading me in the wrong direction. Very friendly and kind as if I had known her for years. She explained everything to me step by step. Allowed me too stay in the range I wanted and did a wonderful job from begining to end came back for a small service and when it was completed My car had been cleaned.You guys have a winner on your team. I will definitely recommend you guys along with Alexis

Generally very satisfied with service. Mal, who was my contact was exceptionally responsive and efficient. Lots of commmunication. I have used this dealership through most of its iterations and would have to say this was best experience.Will use again and do recommend.

Alexis went above and beyond to make sure I found the vehicle I wanted and was comfortable with. She spent hours with my friend and I to test drive different vehicles and answer all of our questions and concerns. When it came down to going through with a purchase she offered to pick me up from my house near by to take me to the dealership since I didn't have any ride at the moment. She is super sweet and truly amazing! Definitely will recommend my family and friends to come down to this dealership and talk to Alexis.

We just got our new Pathfinder today!! It's beautiful!! Our sales person was Alexis Fields and I can't say enough great things about her. Very knowledgeable, patient and caring. She helped get to the numbers that I needed and even delivered my new car to my door!!! 5 star service for sure!!
