Horrible service the manager wasn’t a help at all and i lost money because of simply not explaining everything in my rental and what all my cost were. Specially the uber side.

I selected the 'manager's special' thinking that it would be a better value than just doing Economy however when I got there they offered me a Nissan Sentra. An economy, why would I pay more for the 'manager's special' if it is more expensive than the price of the economy. They offered me a small SUV but it would be $20 upgrade per day. When I went online to reserve the cost was $144.06, my rental total for the 'manager's special' was $144.38. I showed that to them and it was like pulling teeth to get it changed. Turns out the small SUV needed an oil change so they gave me a mini van. No problem. Rental agreement shows it has a full tank of gas but it actually had between 1/2 and 3/4. Now I have to go back in there to fix it and Stephen or Steven put 3/4 he wanted to write it on the paper and not update the system, I told him to update the system and I would wait for him to print another one.
When I returned the car, I left my SunPass in there. I called to let them know I left my Sunpass transponder I was told the car has been rented and will be back on the 25th. Today is the 16th. When I asked if the car wasn't checked I was told people leave their Sunpasses in there all the time so they probably thought it was the person who rented before me. Your customer service at the Delray location is poor and we know that you aren't checking vehicles when they are returned so that process is poor also.

Service was great, car is great and Tesla rental with Hertz is a seemless expereince. Car was added to my app with a simple scan of QR code on its dashboard. I have not had to use the actual key ever. After rental ended car dissapeared from the Tesla app. All charging done was with Tesla supercharger - automated by Hertz. At the end of the rental Hertz billed me exactly the amount it was billed by Tesla with no fees. Zero collision waiver was included with the rental at no extra cost. Simply can't fault it and would return again.

Absolutely not recommended for tourists in the USA!!!
We were sent back to the apartment because we didn't have our passports with us. Other IDs were not accepted for foreigners.
1 hour detour back and forth!!!
Then on the second attempt, Visa Debit for non-Americans (credit check not possible) was not accepted as a guarantee. Exceptions are not possible in the system.
Without the help of a relative who happened to be there, we would have been hopelessly stranded here.
The entire time during the bookkeeping process, the employee was either unwilling, inflexible or not familiar enough with the system.
The store also made a dingy impression.

The representatives for Uber vehicles are not professional.the representatives took my payment and then told me their policies afterwards. I did not agree their terms so after getting into the vehicle noticing the tire pressure light on and thought about the policy and then waited for almost 30 minutes and then they tell me that they’re going to charge me 66.00 when I haven’t drove the car off the lot. I will never deal with this company again.

Worst experience ever. I made a reservation through Priceline for a road trip west. My reservation was at 12 and they call me at 1140 to inform me that they had no cars and pushed my reservation to 230 pm. After back and forth with representative, I was told the manager would “compensate me” for the inconvenience. When I get there, they inform me that I needed a credit card for my car, I asked for an SUV and they “upgraded” me to a Premium SUV which in the fine print requires a credit card. I’ve rented from Avis, Enterprise, Sixt and Alamo and NEVER NEEDED a credit card. I had to leave again to go back home and find my credit card, before going back a 3rd time I called the representative to confirm that they take Apple Credit Card and guess what, they don’t! Go figures but the website has no mention of this—only that they accept American Express, visa and Mastercard. I was super late to my scheduled obligation, I had to find another rental with another company they gave me no hassle at all with a debit card (thank you Sixt!) and learned my lesson to NEVER come back here. Don’t waste your time. The staff is unprofessional, rude and the reflection of how much they hate their jobs is loud.

One day rental while our car serviced at local dealership.
We were picked up and after rental, dropped off to dealership.
Booking went easily. Car was clean.

We booked a car from them through kayak. The staff was professional, courteous, and efficient. The office had a calmness to it, not like the places by the airport which are always so hectic. We actually got the exact car we reserved online, which was nice. Price was reasonable.

Absolutely horrible experience. They don’t explain anything to you I owe over $700 dollars in tolls and when I received my car it was below 50% charge (EV) there excuse is we don’t have enough chargers so I had to go charge the car for 1h 10mins and spend an extra money just to use the car. On top of that no one explained, if I returned the car in an hour after your pickup time be charged an extra $85

I thought Walmart had bad customer service! wow!! The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service ever! Over charged my completed rental & no one answers the phone. I’ve literally called over 20 times each day and no answer. Call 1-800 number and they can’t help. What do you do?Just DONT RENT with these people, they clearly give zero care about customer service. Never again though, long time customer they just lost because of the employees at the Delray Beach location
