Every time I come in to have an oil change the price is always more than what is posted on the Service website. So now an oil change for my car is $120 plus whatever other things you tack on and the total was $131! For an oil change!! When I made the appointment on the website, it said the oil change was $99.95. And that 3% charge for using a credit card is really ridiculous. It’s a cost of doing business and your prices are already way too high.
On the flip-side, your service department people are so nice ,polite , friendly and respectful so I guess it’s worth the extra money . The waiting area is lovely … Free coffee, and other beverages and providing a shuttle service if you don’t feel like waiting for your car is a great bonus, although my most recent oil change only took 45 minutes which was amazing. So I guess it’s a trade-off. You know what they say …you get what you pay for( hopefully)

The best customer service I have ever had! This is the best Volkswagen dealership. I bought my last two cars here, which was my best decision. I went to Gunther VW's other location in Fort Lauderdale, and it was a complete disaster. Come to this location if you want to do business with people who take it professionally and thoughtfully. I highly recommend VW Gunther Delray Beach.

Gunther VW Delray Beach Fla is excellent and we got premier service working with Stephen Aylward. We did a trade in and he was extremely helpful, knowledgable and made the transaction very pleasant. I would certainly recommend using him the next time you need a new vehicle! I would give him a A plus, 5 stars out of 5!
