They must not of liked my Yorkie because he really looked bad after bringing him here. Asked for his skirt to be lifted and trimmed around the outline of his body and legs. Very easy. He came back with his body all cut up and choppy and on top of this head. His chest and legs were left very bushy. There was no conformation. They were also supposed to do his nails and other services included but who knows if they were done or not. The women was anything but pleasant. I could kick myself for leaving a 20% tip. Never again. PS Max was so mad at me and didn't want anything to do with me on the ride home! What happened in there???? Dog gone it!

Bad service and bad cut. When I came in, the lady was talking with her friend and acted like I was interrupting and got annoyed when she realized she had to get off the phone to tend to a paying customer. Her English was not good and wasn’t receptive of what I was asking for, which resulted in not only a cut that is not what I asked and quite frankly, looks bad. We will not be back!

They always do an awesome job with my dog. Never have had an issue, and they always manage to squeeze me in when needed as well.

This family business is amazing. Belkys and her team are so kind and my dog, Charlotte always comes out looking like a princess. No ask is too much for them. My dog is a Havanese and has long lashes, I always ask them to not cut them and they always do exactly what I’m hoping for. They treat their customers and pet clients like family.

Not great customer service skills, owner might have a mental issue. Definitely not the temperament of someone I want taking care of my dogs.My dog gets really upset every time we go in here so I guess I should take that as a sign.

They just trimmed the claws my two one year old cats Liza and Sasha. They did a better job than anywhere else, because I did not have to return for 4 weeks. They told me they sanded their nails after they trimmed then. Anywhere else it is two weeks. Gentle and compassionate people.
