Received this letter from Greico.unfortunately after going through the trouble of getting there they tell me its bait to get customers into the dealer but unfortunately its not true. Words out the sales manager mouth.
Deceiving tactics , fraudulent advertising, standard basic stock inventory.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Worst car dealership ever please do not go there Worst customer service. Tried to reach out to general manager many times with no response. The only good part was the salesman mark he was nice but the people above him are useless. They are so stupid and don't know a thing about customer service. If you value your money go to carmax they know how to treat their customers.

Not a good experience when my son, fiancé and myself went to buy a used car. We spent almost 2 hours with the salespeople Mark, and most of the time was spent trying to qualify my son’s finance for financing. We asked him specifically only to run a soft credit inquiry and found out later he ran multiple hard credit inquiries. We finally got to see the car and before we got to test drive it, they told us not to buy that car and that they had a better one for us. It had not been serviced or checked out and there were several things wrong with the car. We ended up leaving and decided not to come back. The salesperson & sales manager kept bugging us to come back for a better deal but it was too little too late. Typical used car salespeople!!
It’s a shame since I had such a great experiences with the other Grieco’s.

Can’t make an appointment for a simple headlight bulb change. It is just the bulb. Next week is first available. No quick lane. The hell with them. Other choices.
Follow up : Jared the service manager called me after listening to my phone call with then and reading above review. It is obvious why he is a manager. He had staff review my interaction as a learning experience . He was apologetic for the way my contacts were handled and while I understand they are very busy - a good thing - he was able to get me in later this afternoon. He pulled up my service records and was consummate professional. Will see you later Jarod! Thank you.

Great experience at Delray Grieco. Both my husband and I traded in our cars and Darius and James were extremely helpful getting us at comfortable price points.

James and Darius were great. Came in looking at one car and they got it into our price range. Ended up looking at a couple others and ended getting a 2nd car

I recently purchased a car from Grieco Ford, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! My salesman, Mark Vax, was absolutely amazing—he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The finance team was also top-notch, helping me get the best deal possible.
I had an issue initially with a service advisor named Joe, which was frustrating. However, Jarrod Pilone, the service manager, completely turned things around. He handled the situation with professionalism and ensured my service experience was excellent. I highly recommend Grieco Ford for both sales and service!

By far the worse dealership I’ve ever had the misfortune of doing business with. I bought a Porsche Taycan from Grieco Ford. I had to do the deal over the phone due to living 4 hours away. It started off normal… I called asked for the buyer order the rep Harry sent it over via text. I called the next day looking to move forward with the deal. I didn’t get a response for another week. Mind you it’s not a credit score or willingness to purchase issue. I finally get through to the finance manger Donovan. Which to his credit handled everything beautifully.
Now heres where the problems start…
I had to pick up the car physically due to having done the deal online and for security reasons; which I completely understood. This is a 4 hour trip. I inform Donovan and Harry of my plan to come down to pick up the car (date and time). I kept Harry informed through out my trip giving periodic updates on ETA. When I get to the dealership. I get taken to the car. I immediately notice the car has bald tires (I’ve attached pictures for reference). I point out the fact that the tires are bald and I would like to get them replaced. Harry tells me that there’s nothing he can do… which I found odd… I just bought a $65k car and you’re telling me I have to then drive said car, that I traveled 4 hours to pick up, back up 4 hours with bald tires (oh and a 100 mile charge left in the vehicle… couldn’t even plug the car in to charge knowing I’m coming down).
I’m not even upset at this point because I’m assuming there’s no way, like this must be a mistake. So Harry tells me that his manager isn’t here and the only way he can fix the car is if the manager is here. He then goes on a whole word salad stating how they lost money on the deal and the sale isn’t profitable to them… and I’m sitting there like “is this a justification for not having drive able tires?”
After seeing my demeanor visually shift Harry then says I can call tomorrow and the used car director will be able to help. So still under the assumption that there’s no way this was done intentionally and knowing I had a long drive ahead… I leave.
Not long after I leave… the car literally spins out on me, not once but twice, on two separate occasions. Almost causing a wreck. I also notice the brakes are worn. I had to drive back extremely carefully and to make matters worse it was raining periodically.
I called the next day and got the run around. I called again and left voicemails. No response. No sense of urgency. This is when I start to get upset.
I took the car to the Porsche dealership by me. And the bill to get the car up to standard is over $8k. There were several recalls, tire issues obviously, and brakes. THE CAR FAILED INSPECTION! Literally undriveable until they could get everything fixed.
I still can’t get in contact with anyone. I sent the pictures to Harry and still haven’t gotten a text or call back.
PLEASE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. YOU WILL GET PLAYED.

Just purchased a used Ford F-250 sight unseen from these guys and here's exactly how it went down; At first I was admittedly nervous after seeing some dealership reviews online. AND the truck was a new trade in-- so new that it had no photos posted on the dealer website yet. My salesperson Edwin within minutes texted me a video walkthrough and photos outlining every possible flaw. We moved into negotiations over terms and pricing and they were fast and reasonable about removing things I didn't want. I was able to speak with the used car manager who assured me where the trade came from and why and that the truck had gone through full inspection. The sales manager gave me a fair sight-unseen trade offer for my truck trade in, negotiated despite having a cracked windshield and dents.
The deal then went to financing where I spoke to and texted with Lydia the finance manager who was an absolute professional. She gave me warranty options (I bought a Ford powertrain warranty and GAP insurance) and she was able to match my credit union's rate so I financed the deal through the dealership.
Edwin was kind enough to meet me half-way (I live 4 hours away) to deliver my truck and swap vehicles.
After the deal I was able to call their service department and speak to a service advisor to confirm the work they did on the truck before selling it to me, so I know when then next service needs to happen at my local Ford dealership.
All in all it doesn't get easier than that to buy a car. Know what you want, be open to options, and expect a fair deal and this dealer will be a great place to buy your next Ford. Well done!
