I wish there was an option to give negative stars not even a zero.The staff was completely uninterested to give service and they did half a** job and said the cut is done and when I was checking the length of my head, the lady turned the chair away from the mirror and said OK let’s go for the payment I mean seriously!!! and when I insisted on giving it a proper cut as it was uneven, she said it is because of your hair quality!!! And look at the audacity of her, when doing payment, she insisted to give her tip!!!!! Wow!

I have gotten haircuts at Great Clips for years at locations all along the east coast and have always been satisfied until now. The location in Delray Beach off of Military Trail and Atlantic Ave left much to be desired. The shop, which is fairly new, appeared unclean, and the staff made both my wife and I uncomfortable by having a conversation around us in a language other than English. Sadly this location is across from where we live and would be very convenient, but I will drive the 20-25 minutes to a different Great Clips because this one is so below standard.Service: Haircut

Must be a problem with their online check in. I was informed I was next up and went into the store, when I got in I saw someone getting their haircut finished. This was not the case and I was going to have to wait for another person to get their hair cut. T

Please stay away from this place. Customer service sucks. Went for a simple haircut and the person did not understand any instructions and kept arguing.

I checked in online and walked right in. I made a family mad, apparently you get priority when you check in online and that made them mad cuz they have been sitting there.. The reason I gave it four stars is I felt really rushed and didn't get the best haircut. I think that is due to the stylist I had not related to the shop

I made appointment online said there was no wait so I drove over about 5 minutes away and when I got there the door was locked, sign was lit up saying it was open, lights were on, no sign on door saying they were closed or when they would return.

I am writing this review about Marcella who is cutting hair at the Great Clips on Atlantic Avenue in military trail and Delray beach. I started going to Great Clips and the woman that I started to see there could not follow instructions cut my hair the opposite of what I asked for on. 3 occasions I started using marcella. She's been awesome follows instructions listens to the customer and is a pleasure to talk with. Do Not Use the other lady in that store you will be disappointed. She's Argumentative and cannot follow a customer's instructions

Awful customer experience. Not with who cut my hair but who rang me out. BAD attitude and overcharged unexpectedly. Watch out!! Thumbs down to Delray location. Why would you let your customers hear you say you can’t take a break because it’s busy. You gave awful looks when more customers came in. Plus your greeting stunk because you HAD NO GREETING. Not customer’s fault. Shape up and be more appreciative!

My advice, go somewhere else. I went here to get a haircut, and the hair stylist there is the rudest individual I have met, as soon as I walk in she goes I am very busy today come back, and I said okay no problem how long is the wait, her reply was... "look around you see all these people take a guess" and then proceeds to just walk away from the counter, I just laughed and left. I wouldn't let that lady cut my hair with that " I hate my job attitude", this place will close soon enough, with people like rosa working there.Service: Haircut

This place is a joke! The owners are completely absent. They have the same 2 very nice ladies working every day. They never have help! The app is worthless for this location. One of the most poorly ran companies in Delray. I have dealt with the poor service for 2 years out of feeling sorry for the 2 ladies that work there. I will not go back!

Upon entering into the store I saw a promotional card offering haircuts for $10.99. The manage told me I couldn’t use it todayand that she only had one more to sell even though it says on the event ended Dec. 31. I asked if they would be getting more cards and she said no . I told her that she should then take down the promotional cars that are plastered all over. She didn’t answer me. She then told me several other times that she only had one left. The last time I was there last month the manager and the other person were sitting in the back eating. They made me wait 10 mins so they both could finish eating e stead one eating separately. She complained about the working conditions. As far as my haircut , I told Marcella not to cut it too short but by the time I looked up it was too late. I guess Great Clips is not so Great. By the way after reading the other dissatisfied customers, it shouldn’t have surprised me .Service: Haircut

Used the app to check in online. So did my husband. The app indicated there was no wait. Got to the salon and there was a kid in the chair, a woman with a child and a man in the salon. Haircut status was not visible. The stylist indicated she was alone because the other stylist had an emergency. She complained how she was tired, had been on her feet all morning, was timed for every haircut, didn't have time to go to the bathroom, etc. the entire time she was cutting hair. A few other people came in and she told them to come back. She never checked anyone in. When she finished with the kid in the chair she proceeded to say that even though we had checked in on line, she was taking the kid with the lady because she had "told them to come back". She never signed them in until that moment. When I said we had signed in online, she started telling me again about how she was alone, she had told the woman to come back, etc - almost argumentative. Her attitude was not appreciated. She did take me and my husband after that, but i must say we did not get good haircuts. The man that was there before us ended up walking out and shshe complained about that. I understand the problem was only 1 stylist, but the way she handled the issue was unacceptable and unprofessional.Service: Haircut
