I went yesterday Friday june 21st 2024 around 3 pm for the first time at this location and I was horrified she way that the hairstyles talked about the clients. Making comments like their hair is horrible, they look bad and people don’t tip good , they hate work in that location because the owner don’t even care about them and don’t even fix the bathroom which was clog from over a week and they have to walk to Publix store to use the restroom.
I asked to one of the hairstylist for a haircut. She was mean and rude already because she just came from Publix because she went there to use the restroom so she was in a BAD MOOD already.
I show her a picture easy cut , trim and long layers at front . She did whatever she felt like it, I told her I don’t ask for that and in a mean voice she told I can cut whatever I want because I know what I’m doing if you don’t like it cut yourself .
I was surprised to her answer so I let her continue trying to don’t create a conflict, she cut different style exactly what she wants and I told her I don’t ask for that if she can fix it I was asking for something simple and she told me no because it looks good for her.
Many hair is I even at front she didn’t care and now I have to have someone to fix it . I want my money back and I hope the owner read this review and dung out how the one lady is treating the costumers .
Horrible service for the lady who help me and the other one was nice just talking the other one who was so mean and she didn’t care that they were other clients there that can hear them. Maybe they spoke in Spanglish they thought no one will understand I did and my friend who was there did . My friend even recorded the way that the hairstyle was talking to me when she was cutting my hair.
HORRIBLE SERVICE , DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION YOU MAY HAVE A BAD Experience AND they will make a bad comments about you ethnicity , color or te way that you look.
THIS IS A PLACE WHERE YOU EOLL BR DISCRIMINATED JUDT BECAUSE THEY ARRNT HAPPY EITH THR WORK AND THE OWNER.
Btw, i tipped $2 as a complaint for the service since there were talking about a Doctor who was there when I arrived and they were cutting his hair and I didn’t like it either and tipped $2. I should leave $0.1 to feel how we feel as a client.

Still driving miles away to avoid this one lady at this store. Rude rude rude worse is that the owner doesn’t care enough to reach out to me as promised. If I’m not important to the owner, I don’t need to give you any of my money.
It may only be five or six haircuts a year, but I believe in “Voting with your dollars!”

Rosalee does a terrific job with my hair. She is fun and reliable too. There is a reason people will wait hours to see only her--She's wonderful.

Customer service is trash at this place. I took my son in for a haircut (only to trim his bangs) the hairstylist completely botched my son’s hair. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I will never enter this establishment again.

UPDATE MARCH 5,2024:
DESPITE FOLLOWING UPON THIS MATTER, THE CORP OFFICE AND LOCAL OWNER DEFLECT MY ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. IT'S NOW A MONTH LATER AND MY HAIR LOOKS LIKE A SCARECROW. DIFFERENT LENGTHS IN DIFFERENT AREAS. CORP HAS MESSED UP BY PUTTING THE OWNER OF ANOTHER SALON BY ANOTHER NAME IN TOUCH WITH ME. THE OTHER SALON'S OWNER CALLED AND WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. I BELIEVE CORP HOPES I'LL GIVE UP. I WON'T.
I've posted UNFAVORABLE reviews here TWICE in 48 hours. They disappear into thin air. Plus the email given by the owner in case of problems is NOT A VALID EMAIL! WORST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE! I've tried to report this business to Google. So far no response. I DID manage to dispute the charge on my debit card cos I did not get what I paid for.
Over and over the "owner" replies to complaints with an invalid email. When is Google going to shut this one down?
BEWARE: THEY HAVE FLOODED FB WITH COUPONS FOR $9.99 A CUT! DON'T GET SUCKED INTO A SCAM!
