I went to this auto shop after going to the dealership. The dealership kept my car for a week before they gave me a price to fix my car and the price was insane. They also told me it would be another 2 weeks before I could get my car back!!! I took it to George’s & Alpha. They gave me a date to bring my car in and fixed it right away. They were so welcoming and gave great customer service. The technicians are very knowledgeable as well. Thank you for the great service and fixing my car.

Since the new owner took over the quality of work is not the same. Went to get tie rods and ball joint put on my truck and they didn't even put my dust cover on the ball joint. And best thing is they didn't put the cotter pin or torque down the bolt on the tie rod. Which by the way came of while I had my child in the vehicle with me and my tire starts doing the death wobble because the bolt came off.
