horrible service. i went today at 9:51pm. As indicated outside, store showed closing hrs at 10pm. we walked in and this lady rudely yelled at us telling us the store closed in 2 minites. i told her we would be quick and that the closing hrs showed 10pm but she insisted stating that cashiers would close in 2 more minutes and that we were being inconsiderate. horrible horrible service. I asked for her name and she ignored me

My mom went to return something without a receipt, the cashier said she couldn’t do it so she called corporate. Corporate said she’d have to talk to the manager for an exchange. Next day she went in and the manager said she could and the same cashier told the manager not to give the exchange. Were very rude and unprofessional, I can’t grasp how you can keep your jobs after something like that. Goes to show how terrible this company is.

Large store and well stocked but isles are blocked by full boxes of inventory. Very hard to move around in store. Store was busy, very long line at register since there was only 1 staff on the register (who was very rude). There was at least 4 other staff who knew there was a long line but didn’t jump on a register to help.

To the Corporate office of Dollar Tree: Where is your Pride, Integrity and supervision!!! This store, it’s employees, it’s condition are appalling. Where employees sit around on their cell phone, yell at customers because they get away with it and refuse to do their jobs!! Do something about your responsibility!! What a disgrace!! sad!!!…

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! THE CASHIER BY THE NAME OF BEATRICE IS JUST AWFUL!!! THE WAY SHE TALKS TO HER CUSTOMERS, AND TREATS THEM IS APPALLING! NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN TO THIS STORE! ITS CRAZY BIENG MISTREATED WITH SUCH AGGRESION FOR NO REASON.

Yesterday was a really bad experience for me at this Dollar store ?. First of all ,I went to the bathroom ? one restroom was lock and waited for 5 min no one came out so I try to open the other bathroom it was unluck boom! It was the manager of the store and she said "oh this bathroom can't flush you can't use it ,go at the front the cashiers will gave you the key for the other bathroom " remind you that pee was killing my Bladder. I went at the cashiers they said " I don't know where is the key it got lost smh!" The manager knew there was no key for the bathroom that was locked but still sent me there like a retarded smh! So what I did ,I went where the manager was the unlock bathroom that can't flush ,guest what I have never seen a bathroom work so well ,they just lied and the manager was nasty and the place was like pigs was living their ,I just buy what I need never talk to no one and I bounce . Don't take me wrong there are great stuff there but management are sucks.

I would like to congratulate the moron who hired the alleged Manager at this particular Dollar Tree, who through her classless ignorance screams and curses at the customers and thinks somehow she will be succeed at intimidating the customers.This store, much more than their others, is always unkempt, dirty, disorganized, has the longest lines, most of the time you are lucky if you don't trip over something.You could ignore most of it, but customers deserve to be treated better than from a classless ignorant uneducated moron who drives customers away.On a scale of 1-10; I would rate this location as a minus 42.I doubt anyone in this company cares. If they did, the store wouldn't look like it does, and the alleged Manager wouldn't have the nerve to speak with people like trash. In my opinion, No one who could rub two brain cells together would act like an animal with people. Not in a civilized society anyway!
