Read the reviews. Beware, particularly if you are a woman. The owner is sexist. The owner and his staff are liars. The work is subpar - I had to take my car elsewhere to fix the mess. I wouldn't touch this place with a ten foot pole.

Not only did I send a ton of business to this guy Dominic. But i went myself multiple times and he raped my pocket and my insurance company and did horrific work. I mean bad. He promised to make it right and when I went back he said he sold company and not taking new clients. Scammer beware!!! No one go here ever!!!! I dont think I have ever given a bad review on google. This is well deserved. Biggest POS in Delray Beach NO ONE GO HERE!!!!!

Sadly...great work, fair price, but everyone there, beginning with the owner, Dominic, was super rude...the owner being King Rude. When l told him he had come highly recommended, but had been nothing but rude to me in the last 2 days, he replied with a curt, " I'm sorry you feel that way." Wha wha what??? I'm an insurance agent...guess who I will be referring there??? No one, and neither will my cohorts, friends, nor certainly any of the customers who rely on me.

If you want your car ruined, bring it here. Paid for a top quality paint job and got a hack job. I could list everything wrong, but it's basically.. everything. Didn't paint inside mirrors, used single stage when they told me it would be 2 stage paint, color isn't right, paint is orange peeled, paint is complete chipped in the front, left many dents (that I paid to get removed), painted over my side moldings and trim moldings everywhere. Just talking about it makes me sick to my stomach. They agreed it came out terrible but never did anything to make it right. RUN! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

On my SUV, there are small openings that spray washer fluid on the headlights. Someone stole the driver's side cover. After days of finding the right part number from the manufacturer, I ordered the piece, but it doesn't come painted. I gave it to the woman running the office, asking if they could paint it for me, providing the VIN number from the vehicle. Two days later, she called to pick it up, and barely charged me a few $ for it. With all the trouble I went through with this simple thievery, it was so refreshing not to be taken advantage of, and actually given a really good break.

Just an awful experience! I don’t even know where to begin. Upfront, they seem so friendly but beware. The lady on the phone is so rude... Every time my girlfriend would call for an update she was beyond rude to her. The owner (Dominique) is a total scammer. Rude and dishonest. On top of that, our car doesn’t even look that good. Complete scam. Avoid for the best interest of you and you insurance company. Angry.

Wow is all I can say !!!! I’ve gotten my luxury vehicle brought here after an accident and Direct auto body was able to restore my car unbelievably . The paint job , the detailed body work , the service and also how quickly I received my car back was awesome . Everything was honest , done timely and professional , I was even given a rental car to drive for the 5 days they worked on my car . They really care about their clients. LOOK NO FURTHER for a auto body shop in the SoFlo area ! Thanks Dom !
