I am the President of our association. At 6:25pm a delivery was made by DHL. Their van was in middle of our traffic run in front of our entrance. I told the lady she cannot park there and told her to park in our commercial zone area which was 10ft away. She responded I’m in and out and I said she could be towed and she said let me be towed. I must say this is not just a DHL rudeness but other delivery service vans. If keeps up we do have the power to prevent deliveries by companies who disregard our warnings or our comments by a board member. This women’s response was defiant to our rules.

The DHL rep Lovely in the Delray Beach, FL DHL official Service Center in Delray Beach, FL
was wonderful - polite, knowledgeable, & efficient. The only problem is that she was alone - & only 3 people in front of me, whose packages weren’t ready like mine, took 30+ minutes.
Also, your closer location DHL partner in West Palm Beach, listed as open on their site & yours, was closed for weeks with a poison in the air - so I drive an extra hour - website should be corrected!

The young black lady ruined my whole day because she doesn’t know what she’s doing. I brought an international package that was in a cooler. That cooler is good for 7 days sealed and no other assistance needed. I ship everyday. I needed to drop it off this am at this location and she refused it. She said it must be picked up by a driver and they have coolers. I said it’s in its own cooler and stable for 7 days. She opened it and said it must be picked up. I went back to my office called DHL NA and they said that’s wrong she should’ve taken it. I had to go to a 3rd party independently owned dhl store and drop it off there. This girl needs more training! She clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing. She costed me 2+ hours of nonsense. Can’t fix stupid.

Lovely and Tony went above and beyond in resolving a problem created by another party, not DHL. They worked as a team to brainstorm and overcome an obstacle that was threatening to destroy an overseas trip of a lifetime. My wife snd I are so very grateful to you both! Thank you!
