I am very distraught and saddened by the treatment of the person working at this space. The Laundromat is very quiet and as well spacious and clean. However, I came in with a few big linens to wash and some clothes to dry. The employee watched me put the blankets to wash start up the machine and walk to dry my clothes.. only to tell me that I am not able to dry my clothes. As someone who never washes or dries at the laundromat and only came here because my dryer machine went out I do believe that it would mean customer service to allow a one time courtesy. It would make others aware.. however, instead the Hispanic lady came with attitude and yelling at me. I felt embarrassed for the way she spoke to me all because of a misunderstanding. I won’t be returning here not because of the policy as I do respect but because of the mistreatment and being uncomfortable in such circumstance. There are so many other ways that this matter could have been handled and the first one would be is to stop me first hand before hitting start to wash my linens. Not to mention I asked the woman.. “What about the linens that I am still washing? Will I be able to dry them with it?” Her response was “Blanket yes, Clothes no.” Utterly embarrassing again.. other customers also shaking there head in disbelief. As a customer, it has caused me a disservice where I am forced to await on my linens to finish in the washing machine and sit with clothes that I brought to dry and to find somewhere else that will allow me to continue my chores.

My dryer broke, so I thought to go to the local wash house. Now even though I was washing the rest of my clothes there, I was informed I couldn't dry the one load I had. You're a laundromat! I'm spending my money here, get off your high horse.

My dryer broke yesterday so I brought some sheets to this laundromat to dry. The lady working there informs me that the owner has a policy that if you do not wash your items there, you cannot dry.
I was in a hurry, so I offered to pay $5 for a wash that I wasn’t going to do so that I could use the dryer, and she still adamantly refused.
This is such a moronic business model. If drying isn’t making you much money, then decrease the amount of minutes you give per quarter in the dryer to fix your revenue problem!
Place was almost completely empty (1 customer from what I saw) and they’re turning away business

First time stopping in, was a great experience. Friendly pleasant customers and staff. I wouldn't hesitate to come back, again when needed.
Clean machines and facility - I actually got a little chilly - but overall it's a well cared for, professionally run laundromat. I didn't use the wash and fold service, but I don't doubt it would be on par with the rest of my experience.

Owner of this location is a very nice man. However, his staff should be monitored closely. Rude, unprofessional, confrontational! Police will be called on them the next time. They're not good representatives of your company. The lingering, harassing homeless men are treated better than your paying customers. Why are employees parking up front. Easy access to their vehicles to do personal items before starting their work. Walks around and calls customers crazy to others. The tone in which they speak to your customers is beyond unprofessional.

Clerk who drives the gray Ford truck is very rude to customers. Speaks to them with disrespect. Instead of assisting them with a positive demeanor, she approaches with an attitude. Selective with which customers she'll be professional with.
