I bought a car here. The communication is not great, the product was ok. However, once I had the care paid off they charged me for another payment. I have been dealing with them for four years and it’s been unorganized and certainly NOT the most professional I have dealt with.

I took my newly purchased 2022 Cadillac with 5000 miles for an insurance required inspection to Delray Auto Mall because they are an authorized agency for the insurance required Carco inspection. From the time I first called to inquire about the inspection; Nicole went out of her way to explain the procedure and what was required. She give me good directions to get there. Once I arrived for the inspection, she came out to greet me and help me over and above what she needed to do.. Her customer service skills are outstanding. Nicole gelped maje the orocedure efficient abd abd kess time consuning by getting exerything organized. She is polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and an asset to the facility.
The inspector, Izzie, was thorough, polite and did a good job with the required inspection.

I recently, for the 3rd time had the best experience ever at Delray Auto Mall. From start to finish, it was the perfect place to get a car, whether you're a high school student, college student, or recent graduate. We had a great experience here from the first contact and all the way through the entire process. We worked with Mike who was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable- these are real ‘car guys’ here. We got an amazing deal, truly, and somewhat luckily. We will be looking for another car in a few months and will be going straight back here definitely. I work with a group of car guys and have told them all about our experience with Delray Auto Mall - now they are all excited about having this new resource. They are somewhat high-end used car dealers, they have a great auto shop and crew. As you can see I can’t say enough about our great experience and were super fortunate to have found these guys.
