We recently bought a 2024 Acura MDX TypeS , We are extremely happy with the vehicle. Also, we are extremely happy with the customer service at the dealership. Everybody is so professional .

Purchased a new 2024 RDX yesterday. One of the more painless buying experiences we have had. Our salesperson Nadeem and Jeff Abramowitz, his sales manager, negotiated what appears to be a very good deal and we were out of the dealership with our new car within an hour.

Had an amazing experience at Delray Acura! I made an appointment with Devon at 4:30pm to test drive an RDX, then found that I wanted to go in earlier in the day as I had time. Devon wasn’t there earlier so he kindly referred me to his colleague Aaron Fenyus. When I walked in the door Aaron was very friendly and had all my information already pulled up with my trade in information ready to go that I had already provided to Devon. Aaron took me on an enjoyable test drive, while someone was appraising my trade in. I loved the RDX which was a Certified Pre-Owned Acura which extended the powertrain warranty to 7 years and 100,000 miles. I decided to purchase the vehicle and Aaron and the team made the process painless even assisting me in switching my insurance to the new car. Drove away with the new car in less than 2 hours. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. And I love my RDX. I drove from Palm Beach Gardens for this purchase and I would do it again. Thank you Aaron, Devon and the team at Delray Acura!

Great in store experience but after is questionable. I bought an Acura RDX in January and was promised a small bottle of paint as part of the deal to fix scratches along with a cargo cover. I have not received anything despite calling numerous times. Seems they will promise anything to sell the car and not deliver on the promises.

Horrible customer service when it comes to out of town consumers. They claim they can’t hold cars but dealerships can do whatever they want to make a serious potential buyer happy. Sales would not hold the car for 48 hours because they claim it’s policy. I’ve owned an Acura for 20 years and I’ve never had an experience like this. It’s 2024. Stop pressure selling and stop pulling the rug from under customers just because you have a potential sale and decide to not be forthcoming about it. Shame on you Ben (sales).

Not 1, But 2 Acuras this March and April. But wait, there's more! How about 5 Hondas before that? 15 years doing fine business with Franky Lena and his team. I've shopped around, went to their competition and regretted it ever since. You always come back to where you are treated right with the right number and the number one product in Quality. Delray Honda and now the new Delray Acura. Thank you Franky for my Father in laws Honda CRV, my wife's Acura MDX and my Acura RDX. We are all very satisfied! Bravo!
