I know there are others who find Wendy a talented hairdresser. She is not there now and I need an another talented hairdresser who is good with very curly hair. Any suggestions?

I've been going here for 2 years now, mainly for manicures and pedicures. No real complaints here on that front. Haircut was not a disaster but not exactly what I wanted. I tried again, today, for color. I wanted highlights, silver/gray highlights.
We began the process and then after almost an hour of sitting under the dryer, the toner was put on my hair. Finally, when I looked at the highlights, they were GOLD.
Huh?
This was NOT at all what was discussed and was NOT what I wanted.
I was then told 'because you have dark hair and had dye in the past, I couldn't do it.'
Well, you SAW my hair as soon as I walked in - WHY did you say you could give me the highlights I wanted when my hair 'too dark' hair would prevent you from doing it?!
Incompetent colorist, and for the first time, RUDE mgmt when I called them out on this. I am extremely disappointed and will not go back, nor will my other family members whom I took there and made into regulars at the salon for nails, toes, etc.
Do yourself a favor a better salon with real colorists/professionals who actually KNOW how to deliver what they promise.

Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars,walked in got brochure to check prices for binkin wax it was $25. With a + next to it,went in yesterday and got charged $30.
I asked only why $30. The owner said I got extra wax,but told Joanne just wanted a basic wax, than owner said prices went up,Needless to say I won't go back.
First time customers.

Went for a pedicure and was very disappointed. The nail tech left polish around my toenails, never came back to put the top coat on and left me sitting for over a half hour until I flagged someone down to go get her. Not the most hygienic place either. Won’t go back or recommend it to anyone.

The only reason I am giving this place two stars is because the staff was extremely friendly, and all of the hairdressers were extremely sweet. I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure as a walk in, I was extremely patient as I know it’s the day before a holiday and everyone is trying to get their nails done beforehand so I had already packed my patience upon arrival. I didn’t get worked on for about an hour, which again was fine but during the manicure process, the lady cut my finger & couldn’t stop the bleeding. I told her not to worry about it as I have a high pain tolerance & it was a honest mistake but she tried stopping it w acetone & a paper towel (still didn’t work just stung). Then I noticed the polishing was extremely sloppy all over the skin & cuticles (with dark red polish), she painted over the bloody cuticle (not sanitary - mixing my blood with a shared polish) but I was trying to trust the process as everyone has their own techniques. Turns out, she was never going to clean up all the gel polish around the nails & cuticles, she was literally just gonna let me leave looking like a mess. I brought it to her attention, and she seemed annoyed but she pulled out a file and tried to clean up what parts of the gel hadn’t already dried on my skin. Then she proceeded to add another clear coat & told me it only looked bad because the lighting (def not true) I respectfully declined the pedicure and she seemed relieved as she said she was beyond tired. Needless to say I will NEVER be back or send anyone here for nail services.

Wendy at Diva & Co is amazing! I walked in not knowing what I wanted to do with my hair and she had a vision and made that vision a reality. I am so grateful and love the cut and color . She is truly gifted and she has a customer for life. Thank you Wendy ??Services: Haircut

I go there all the time to get pedicure, and manicure I even take my mom there . We also get our hair done there as well and our eyebrows, well I went for a gel manicure and pedicure on Thursday and by Friday and Saturday they were chipping. I was away for the weekend, so I called him on Monday to let him now he told me to come in anytime I had a death in the family so I didn’t make it in until today which I thought it was going to be a free duo over but I had to wait two hours and finally I was done and was charged half price I’m sorry to say I will not be back and feel awful writing this review because I really liked the staff but I was inconvenienced and it was not the first time this has happened that my gel nail polish chipped I just don’t have any more time to be inconvenienced to go back there Very disappointed

I recommend Wendy at Diva & Co. She gave me a fabulous haircut. It was the first time that I took my chance with her. She. Is not only very knowledgeable about the products she recommends she is so sweetly and friendly.
