  Andrea M. the nurse practitioner at the Minute Clinic was great! She was very personable, thorough and helpful. I’ve never been to the Minute Clinic at CVS before, but I recommended this location if you need to plan a visit. It’s convenient and fast, and they accepted my new Marketplace insurance when other providers wouldn’t.

  Yes, the store is a bit crowded with narrow aisles, but I was very pleased with the service from one of the managers or associates. He helped me get pictures developed from a CD. The computer wasn't working properly but he was able to get it working instead of just giving up.

  Gone here to the pharmacy for years, always pleasant. Picked up a Ventolin the other day, I was told goodrx coupon was used as usual, cost $80 but is $75 retail. Transferred to Amazon pharmacy $58.

  Go MICHELL AND JADA AND NICE LADY MANAGER That helped me today, quick question??? What’s it like to be a rockstar?? I appreciate you and thank you. You know I go out of my way to the CVS because the other CVS is rude to me the one on George Bush Blvd. not everybody but there’s one person that has been very rude and I don’t like that when I’m spending hard money, you know that I worked hard for I like to be appreciated so you go girls and actually the CVS on George Bush Blvd. there is a gentleman I believe he’s Spanish he’s a manager I think probably in his 50s maybe 60s he’s fabulous and then there’s a girl Manager that’s fabulous and then there is one that’s terrible and then there’s a bunch of other people that are wonderful there but that one girl you need to find out who it is the one on George Bush and give her a little talking maybe something is going on in her life And psychologically somethings going on because a young person like that shouldn’t be so rude back to the one on federal and Linton. Absolutely fabulous. Thank you.

  I had a complex problem with not getting renewal because there was a misunderstanding between my New York pharmacy and this pharmacy. Some employees were very nice to me at the pharmacy. However, when I was trying to explain my problem in the consultation area to Jess the shift manager, she was curt and cut me off and wanted to go right to the computer and look up one of my meds.
  
  We continued and the discussion became heated because she was angry and impatient She threatened not to help me, and eventually walked off. I found her to be contemptuous and disrespectful…!The people Pick up meds are often chronically ill feeling desperate and worried can make them easily flustered confused at times …some are hard of hearing .. Someone serving them may become impatient and not understand what is going on with them
  
  . It takes diplomacy and kindness, which does not take long to put the person at ease so that communication can continue and problems can be solved.
  
  I was going to write to the manager, but then after I saw all these reviews, I thought thought to myself somebody may not give her the letter or she may just disregard it. I don’t know maybe she would look at it maybe she would talk to Jess.
  
  But this review could is a better way , I think -so that we all know what we might have to put up with.
  
  Thank you to all those people that explained exactly what happened to them and how horrendous the episodes were to them. And I have one funny story
  
  I don’t know the pharmacy well and I didn’t know they took a break and I saw that , the cage was over the pharmacy and I didn’t understand why and so Iasked out is anyone back there ?and someone shouted in a nasty tone of voice loud and clear “we’re on a break. “I said, when will you be open …. she said “read the sign “!
  
  in a loud nasty voice, and there was no sign in sight for me.???? Maybe I was looking in the wrong direction.
  
  I said “you are very rude ,”
  and now I understand who was the one that talk so discourteously to me
  Saw her lose your temple and shout at me right at the consultation area
  
  I had never been talked to like that, by any pharmacy employee
  Or any employee of anywhere in my 76 years of life. ?

  Dentist called in 3 scripts for me following extensive dental work. Went to pick them up and they weren’t ready, had to beg for at least the pain killer. Later came back for 2nd and 2 days later still waiting for third.They didn’t care.

  I have been coming to this pharmacy for over 7 years for my mother myself and other family my name is Jeremy and the staff is amazing . Crystal has helped my mom for over 3 years as she became more ill I look forward to knowing my health and family will be in good hands there .

  Worse CVS pharmacy experience ever the employee “Jessi” and her manager are unprofessional, rude and immature I never experienced this type of interaction ever! The manager doesn’t want to give her name that’s fine because I will go to corporate and report these 2 people who were terrible to not just me but other customers in the store and those customers are even encouraging me to file a complaint with corporate.

  Just went to pick up my script. The pharmacist was having an adult conversation very loud about sugar daddies and sugar mommies. The staff was joining in accept for the young girl on the register. How unprofessional. I’m very disappointed.

  My handicapped husband who is the kindest and most patient man I have ever met left his cart full of stuff behind and left this store today. He said that every person he asked for help was so rude and snarky to him that he was just gobsmacked.Why is the manager of this store or CVS itself not doing something to improve service in this store. It’s clear from the reviews that this has been an issue for years.

  I have probably gotten prescriptions from 12 CVS pharmacies in my life time. This is by far the worst pharmacy service because it is the slowest. In addition, everybody working this pharmacy has to check with someone else for an answer. This makes me want to go to Walgreens.

  the absolute worst cvs pharmacy there is. prescriptions randomly get taken off automatic refills and theyre always "behind" with filling them. if you take medication on a regular basis I would not recommend filling your prescriptions with them. Not to mention the workers are rude and unhelpful.
