I had the good fortune to have Tracy and Deb handle my move in on 11/22. I have been renting storage space for many years, and the process for the rental that Tracy and Deb performed was indeed the most satisfying one that I have encountered. No hesitation in giving this location 5-stars. From a building and maintenance perspective, it’s very clean and well maintained. There is no competition in the area in my opinion. Tracie is wonderful, very friendly, approachable, and helpful. Objectively excellent service hands down. For an example of her helpfulness, she was able to find me a second unit in the size I wanted only two units away, I’m so pleased. I have been here for about two years so I can say it has always remained consistent over the years. I hate that I have so much stuff, but if you are like me, this is the only place to look. I feel safe keeping my belongings here. I have also rented from other non-Cube Smart locations in the area and there is no comparison.

Facility was clean and well maintained. Debbie our customer service representative was well spoken , kind and informed . She showed us around the facility with a positive friendly attitude. Sign up process was professional and quick .All information was disclosed on the lease and payment agreement.Worth checking out if you need a storage facility.

Hi have been a customer of multiple CubeSmartLocations and this one is by far the BEST! Debbie has been a huge help to me each time I add a unit to my fleet! It’s very clean, safe and easy to get in and out. I would recommend 10/10!

Tracie has done it again! I’ve been with CubeSmart for two years now and needed to upgrade to a larger storage unit. Not only did she get me a great price on the new unit she made it all happen seamlessly within minutes. I’ve used many different storage unit providers in the Delray area over the years and this one by far is the best!!! Thank you :)

Tracie was so helpful with my moving out of my storage the unit process. Very communicative. I liked how safe I felt anytime I went to the unit. Easy move in and move out process. Would recommend if I needed a unit again! The only default was my rent was raised about two times.

I had the privilege to meet the manager Tracie. She was knowledgeable and helpful and all with a great personality. That in itself made a great impression. The facility is well kept and location is close to 95.

I have worked with Tracey at this location for a few months. She has helped me secure a few units and has always gone out of her way to be helpful. The facility is secure, clean, and AC is running very well. I have used self storage facilities all over for the past 20 years. This place is 5 stars.

Tracie was so welcoming!! I stored my college belongings for the summer before returning back to Del Ray for FAU, and it was such an easy process! She is so so sweet and made sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend.

This place is so clean and professionally run. The lighting and security gates make me feel safe accessing my storage unit by myself at any time. Debbie in the front office really took care of me and my needs!

I recently moved out of this facility due to downsizing my storage space but I have to say this location very secure and very clean. I definitely recommend it. Debbie and Tracy run a very tight ship. Two of the nicest that Cubesmart has. Contact them with any issues you may have and they’ll gladly oblige.

Who would have guessed a storage rental experience could be so great!? We appreciated the help of the wonderful office staff. We spent 5 days sorting my dad’s belongings in 4 units. The whole place is immaculately clean and the air conditioning was much appreciated. I would highly recommend them for short or long term space rental.

The ladies there were amazing. They walked me through choosing the unit and of course how to replace the temporary locks. The establishment is immaculate. The entire facility is under surveillance. I feel confident that my belongings will be safe here
