I recently moved to Cortland Delray Beach, and Alycia's attention and service have been the best. From the moment I came in to ask for information, she was super friendly, leaving no doubt that this would be my new home. She was always attentive with the paperwork at all times. I’m very happy to live here and to have met Alycia.

I’ve been living here a few days however Alycia during the application process and move in process has been an absolutely amazing and so helpful! Maintenance has been responsive and came out to give us a small tour so we can correctly use AC and appliances etc. everyone here has been kind. And great location!

I’ve lived here at Cortland Delray Station for about five years and it’s always been a great place to live. The facilities are terrific and the neighbors are wonderful and it’s a really great dog friendly neighborhood. The Gloria has been terrific, but I do want to say a special, thank you and kudos to Alycia in the office. and Rodrigo from maintenance. I had the misfortune of having my brand new dog puppy runoff yesterday and along with so many of my neighbors Alicia and Rodrigo went out of their way and took time out of their day to help me search and find my dog. They went way above and beyond. Fortunately, we did find him this morning and he’s safe and sound, but their assistance was invaluable and I could not be more thankful and grateful.

Not only did she listen attentively, but she also got up from her desk on a busy day to personally inquire about what was needed. Well done, Alycia! Been here for 4 years! Maintenance is the best! Jose is really great and is quick to come in less than 24 hrs to fix what’s not working!

Fantastic community to live in with great staff and amenities. Gloria and Alycia in the leasing office are friendly, responsive and go out of their way to be helpful. Jose who runs the maintenance team always went above and beyond. All service orders were handled in a timely manner and all public spaces were well looked after.
Highly recommend this community and thank everyone that works there for making it a stress free experience.

Really impressed by the maintenance department here. Jose and his team always takes very good care of us. They always show up the same day service requests are made and always go above and beyond by making sure everything that needs to be addressed is fixed

I’ve been living here now for about a year and have had nothing but the best experience. Great environment and very friendly people in the area. The very minor issues I’ve had in the apartment itself has always been taken care of very quickly, an extra thanks to Rodrigo over in maintenance for staying on top of things and making sure the issue gets taken care of immediately. Highly Recommend Cortland Delray Station.

I like it a lot
I received a tour of the entire property from Yoryi, a very friendly and excellent person. We liked the property, the excellent places. I recommend it!
They received good treatment from the group of workers. I was delighted with the facilities ??
