I lived at Congress Grove for 3 years and I had the most amazing experience!! The location is perfect - close to downtown Delray, i-95, and any store you could possibly need. The community is also well-kept and they have a very reliable/efficient maintenance team. Broderick and Lacasha from the Congress Grove office are INREDIBLE - truly the best service I have ever received! They are extremely attentive, personable and accommodating. I am thankful to both of them for making me feel so welcomed and valued as a resident at Congress Grove. Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed how the management treats you here. If you have kids stay away from this place, they are mean, mean to you. The tone of the lady manager it’s like she hates your kid. They are disrespectful and unprofessional.

To answer to your respond, you are misleading the correct situation. I found the toy in the clubroom and I wanted to leave behind me, but my toddler was screaming. So I went in the office and told Serena I'll go to run an errand (put the toy in the car) and bring it back. She was nice and said no problem. At that time the lady manager comes out of her room without knowing what was going on and she said: "Your child can't ride in the community" with an angry face and clearly hating your child. I said no, when she knew that the toy wasn't mine told Lacasha to follow me and take the toy away. With all due respect, if she hates her job maybe she shouldn't take the anger out of us without a reason. Respectfully HappyBurd

Beautiful, well-kept grounds! Welcoming community with many social events! Fast maintenance response! Conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, grocery and department stores, etc. Lacasha in the leasing office is fantastic; personable, accommodating, and cares for the residents!
I experienced a large inconvenience at move-in, which is the reason for a 4 instead of 5, but it was rectified within the week. I am now really enjoying the place at 3 weeks in!

Congress Grove is an exceptional place to live. The location is unbeatable, offering convenient access to all the best in Delray Beach. The staff is incredibly helpful and responsive, always ready to assist with any need, and email responses are prompt and thorough. The residents are friendly and considerate, contributing to a pleasant and peaceful community atmosphere. If you value your sanity, avoid Congress Grove apartment complex like the plague! This place is an absolute nightmare, and the management is the root of all evil here. From the day I moved in, it has been one disaster after another.
First off, the management team is the most incompetent, unprofessional, and downright rude group of people I've ever encountered. They don't just ignore residents' complaints; they treat us like we don't matter at all. It's like they're actively trying to make our lives miserable. I've seen countless neighbors pack up and leave because they couldn't take it anymore, and I totally understand why.
The management are outright thieves! They overcharge for utilities, slap on random fees, and refuse to refund anything. When confronted, they lie, deflect, and even get hostile. It's beyond clear that they are only interested in lining their pockets at our expense.
The living conditions are appalling. The common areas are filthy, the so-called amenities are always broken, and maintenance requests are ignored or take forever to be addressed. My apartment had issues from day one that were never properly fixed. I felt like I was living in a slum.
Renew your lease here? Not a chance! Everyone I’ve talked to can't wait to get out. The constant stress, frustration, and feeling of being ripped off is unbearable. Congress Grove is a money pit, run by the most despicable management imaginable.
Save yourself the horror and stay far, far away from Congress Grove. It is by far the worst place you could possibly live.

I can’t speak to living here but I can say Lacasha gave an amazing 5 star tour and I loved what I saw. Definitely on top of my list to live! Seems like a really fun community!

Beautiful apartments, GREAT tour. If you’re wondering if this is the right community for you don’t hesitate to book a tour with Lacasha Lawson. There couldn’t have been a better informed person with more information than Lacasha. She showed us everything we asked for, we asked many questions and she didn’t hesitate to answer any and provided thorough, understandable information with full detail. My wife and I left more than satisfied with the way we were treated and Ms. Lawsons services. There is no question to why she’s at that big desk in the front office, she is simply the best at what she does.

Run and run fast!!!! These five star reviews are phony reviews! Luxury apts? lol. They all need updating…..roaches, dirty hallways and trash chutes. Dog fesces in the courtyard. Complained several times. New property manager couldn’t care less. They drive like maniacs in the garage. Almost got hit by a speeding car while I was walking with my grandson! Complained several times. Property managers response was “all garages are like that”. Couldn’t care less. Pool always dirty. Gates are left open. Anyone could wander into premises. When you move out they will try to charge you all kinds of bogus fees! Take pictures and videos! Management stinks. If you’re one day late with your rent they will send you a letter and threaten to evict you. The only nice people are the two girls at the front desk. Go to Aura down the block. Much nicer and beautiful new apartments.

I just moved out of Congress Grove. I was only there for one year and it was the most awesome community I've ever lived in. Management is really great and the neighbors are very friendly.
From move in to move out the management/leasing team was very pleasant. My move out especially, came at a time when I was dealing with other family affairs. It was a very stressful time for me. The staff at Congress grove were very patient with me.
This property is beautiful, and I have lots of new friends there. I will visit soon and definitely recommend congress grove as I will always consider them when looking for an apartment.

Every aspect of my tenancy at Congress Grove was incredible, from an efficient application and move-in process to quick and definitive completions of services requests (including the replacement of a microwave oven). The common areas are in excellent condition and fellow residents are warm and friendly and the environment is quiet and relaxed. Management has always provided me with best in class professional support. Upon my return to Florida I would definitely become a CG resident again! Thanks to the entire team for a great experience.
