I couldn’t wait for the opportunity to write a review about this company. I had my first accident in my entire life. It wasn’t that major but I wasn’t sure where to go and I was concerned about making sure my beautiful vehicle was fixed right the first time. Boy was I lucky to find Delray, collision and Chris, the manager plus all of his employees were extremely courteous and helpful. My vehicle was ready two days before they promised it and there was nothing else to do. In fact, it was all detailed and polished never looked better. I highly recommend this company as they know what they’re doing there very satisfied.

We had an accident occur where we were at fault. Other party insisted on bringing vehicle to mazda dealer. Dealer comes back with an inflated quote of 10k. They then send the vehicle to this company for repair who dings our insurance company for 18k. Way out of line and going to hurt our premium with their greed. Cost was already too high by several thousand dollars per multiple other companies when it was at the dealer.

My car was two days old when I got into an accident. The manufacturer said that several of the parts were not available yet. But Jonathan one of the service managers at Delray Collision, relentlessly pursued them until he succeeded.I am so thankful that this new car has now been professionally repaired and looks new again.I would recommend this place to anyone.Services: Painting

The Collision Center of DelrayI would not recommend this body repair shopThey are disorganized, sloppy and have very poor quality control.At one point they couldn’t find my vehicle.When I arrived to pick up the repaired vehicle there were three outstanding issues.They never returned my voicemails or messages taken by staff.When I finally got the vehicle back one of the the outstanding problems that they addressed with the fit of a rear light cluster left none of the lights (tail, break & turn signal) working. Frustrated by the many trips to the collision Ctr and being a retired electrical engineer I repaired the problem myself which was a poor ground connection.I had to make a total of five trips to the the collision center concerning the repair.

My sister went in to have her car repaired after an accident. They collected her several hundred dollar deductible, meanwhile, her insurance company also gave them the money for her deductible. So, essentially, they stole $500 from her. When my sister found out, she demanded a refund. She spoke with Chatlin (secretary) who then charged her for another $500 instead of refunding it. Got on the phone with Bill (manager) who said there was nothing that could be done and said "that's fine, you can be mean and nasty" because she was upset that she was out $1,000 that she should have never been out.Services: Painting

Kim help my husband and I with our Tesla. Her and the team did a great job keeping us updated on the progress and by taking care of literally everything for us! What could have been a very stressful experience, was actually easy and stress free experience thanks to Kim!

I had the best experience with Lane Silk at Collision center of Delray. I brought my car in after I hit a curb really hard and I had suspension issues. She gave me her personal cell number so that I could reach her at anytime day or night as well as weekends for updates on the status of the car. She got my car done in a timely fashion and saved me money. She also is very knowledgeable about cars and was quick to answer all questions that I had immediately through text. Not to mention she is a sweetheart and treated me with such kindness. I have had my car worked on 2 times at collision center of Delray and I will never go anywhere else as they work with my insurance in network (Progressive). Thank you Lane!!!

Most AMAZING customer service and fair prices!!!!! The quality of work is FANTASTIC!!!! I had an accident and Progressive sent me here and I'm so happy they did! Lane is amazing and even though I had issues with Progressive (which were resolved), Lane understood and even helped with info and was on top of everything the entire time. Not only was everything fixed, but faster than anticipated. They offer warranties on their work and stand by it. I just had a small clip that fell out during install and had to bring it back and they fixed with no issue and in minutes. The service that Lane and the Collision Center offered was so incredible that I've brought others and been back myself for a small dent. Once again, just coming back for that dent Lane provided the same amazing service! Not only does she provide amazing service, the whole team does!!! Dennis and Shayam have both assisted me on occasion, as well, and are also great!!!! A huge thank you to Lane and everyone at the collision center for making bad experiences a good one!!!!
