The young teller female with braids and glasses is incredibly rude. I don’t understand why I have to receive an attitude from her when I’m just doing normal banking not asking for anything crazy it happens every time with her

Really terrible customer service, I was trying to cash a check addressed to me- the owner of the bank account offered to call and verify because the teller was unable to read the handwriting ( it wasn’t that bad) the woman was rude, very very rude. I’m not sure happened to her in her life to make her that way but I’ll be praying for her

Just left chase federal highway in Delray. When to get change 3 forms of I. D. They had to type in a $160 for change into the computer.
Took so long. I just asked for everything back. Went to Wells Fargo across the street, much better.

This place is a joke. After telling me through the window that they closed at 5:00 on the dot, not letting me come in to make a cash deposit, he followed up by opening the door and allowing a lady out, but couldn’t open the door. Horrible customer service.

P.T. Cuba was very kind, knowledgeable, and exhibits a high level customer service. He made opening an account a breeze, and less stressful than it typically is. With all the 1 star reviews for this location, I wanted to share our excellent experience.

I just opened a new account with Daniel Gocic he was very helpful and very professional. I was in and out in less then 30 minutes. I was greeted the minute I got there and received help shortly after. There is a lot of bad reviews about this Bank. But my personal experience was very nice.

The staff is either uneducated or does not care. I have an account with chase and deposited a check from one of my accounts at a different bank with the clear expectation that since I have an account with chase, the cash would be in a few days. I need to make a deposit for a house closing and here we are over a week later and I still don’t have my funds and will most likely lose the house. I was better off keeping money in original bank.

Just opened a checking account and saw all the negative reviews, and just had a great experience. Angela Autuori could not have been more professional, or pleasant to deal with. Seems only upset people take time to leave reviews, and I wanted to offset some of them.

Worst customer service ever , I waited over 40 mins to get some documents notarized and once it was my turn they turned me down for someone with a appointment and literally saw me sitting down and and never communicated to me that I was going to wait for over a hour , I would left since the beginning knowing that I had to wait a hour to get documents notarized. Whoever is in charge of this place really needs to learn how to run a dam buisnesss and train the people who they hire , the least they could have done is tell me sir we won’t have time for you ,and that would have been no problems , horrible place to bank at .Zero Stars if possible

Went there to open a new account. 10 minutes in the lobby and not a single person acknowledged my presence. Not even hi have a seat the next available employee will be with you.. Nothing so I left and will not return

1000% avoid this branch. Warren is one of the bankers there who not only wasted our time severely, but also showed no remorse for doing so. Takes a lot for me to give a 1 star, but boldly looking me in the face and saying he couldn’t help me, while there is no one in the branch at all, is outright disrespectful. Chase is great. But this branch has now, multiple times, been an outrageously terrible experience.
