Excellent service, but strongly suggest making an appointment for better service as this is not a full-service branch. We met with Jason Clukey to open a business account and he was incredibly professional and helpful. We are very happy with this branch.

Disappointed with new remodel. Can't deposit bills or coins with teller only machine. The only reason I went to this location Because it is close to my house and I will deposit the cash money from my business. Can't get change either. Will not use this location.

I really wanted to love them. Sadly they are going through a reorg and dropped the ball on multiple workstreams. Still hoping to update my review once the changes go into effect next month.

Still my favorite location to have my needs met with incredible bank tellers. I walk out every time with a smile on my face because even though banks suck, the people who provide the services are what makes the experience. I don't know his name, but he's a cool young man works the weekends who always provides excellent customer service with a touch of gab. He doesn't know how much he impacts my day when I leave that bank. Just a simple conversation goes long way and that young man knows the secrets!! GIVE HIM A RAISE!

This Delray Beach NE 7th street branch has the worst service. Even if you make an appt. with a banker, count on a good long wait. Sometimes I am told I cannot be seen because the banker has an appt. which Judy at the branch told me last year. Today, I had an appt with branch manager, John Morales, to change our a safe deposit box. He saw me but had another client in his office. He walked past me twice and did not say anything so I asked Judy what to do. She was leaving but was able to find out that John could not see me for another 30-40 minutes. I said that I had an appt but she said if a client arrived with a matter, the appt would have to wait. That is speaking out of two sides of her mouth. I called John 30 minutes later. He could answer the phone with his client in front of him but could not earlier be bothered to speak one minute with me when I was in the branch. How about coming out and explaining instead having me wait ten minutes before Judy got his attention? I hope senior management is paying attention. It is a chronic issue at this branch. The whole reason I made an appt was so I would not have to wait the 20-40 minutes that I do each time that I need to see a banker or get into my safe deposit box. I would be out of business if I did that to my clients.
