I washed my Charleston Shoes. The salesperson told me I could, but I was very reluctant. I tossed them in the washer and air dried them. They look and feel brand new! It worked!

I have owned many styles of wedges and heels from this company and absolutely love them. The wedges do allow the foot to fall forward but if your heel is higher than your toes in most shoes they are going to slide forward. Most comfortable shoes ever. I have narrow feet and a high arch and am 5'9" and alll of the sandals I have tried are the best. I order neutral colors to wear with everything. I like the heels better than the sandals and wear them all day everyday and I am 65 years old.

Well you lost a customer for life over $10 shipping fee..... traveled 2 hours to a trunk show and to make a long story short, you did not have what I wanted. I bought one pair and had to order another pair since it was not available at the show.... They sent a pair of shoes that were the same size and did not fit properly. Tried to order a replacement, which emulated the comfortable pair, and they insisted on not covering shipping like they did on the first pair. When I fall in love with a brand of shoes, like most customers, I become very loyal and a lifetime customer. Shame that you would not want to invest $10 more in a customer that was willing to invest her time to find out about your product and purchased to build lifetime loyalty.

Terrible customer service, you essentially have to buy two pairs of shoes to get the free shipping, which I did (so I spent over $250), and one of the pairs is too small even though I followed the directions to size up! I am normally a 6.5, bought the Lido in a 7, and am going to have to exchange for an 8! I have never bought any kind of shoe in an 8!! And I will have to pay a $10 shipping fee to exchange them!! I tried emailing and calling and was told the same thing bot
