Love coming here! Robert is a gem and a treasure trove of expertise in all things birds. I bring my kids here to interact with all the different types of birds and to watch how the pros take care of the baby birds. I got my second cockatiel from here and I board with them when I go out of town. Highly recommend!

Brenda's Birds is one of the best bird supply stores in South Florida. They have all kinds of toys, healthy foods, supplies, cages, etc. The staff is knowledgeable, so if you're a new bird parent, or you want to become a new bird parent, they'll be able to help (and at the least point you in the right direction).

BEST BIRD STORE IN FLORIDA!!Huge selection of birds for sale and bird care products. The man that helped me was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. The place is amazingly clean and the birds are well taken care of. I will go back when I am ready to purchase my next bird for sure. Also, they offer bird boarding and grooming.

It is currently 5:30, says they are open until 6. I called ahead to have help with my bird and said we were on our way. A gentleman outside said the guy working had just left. Very very poor service. I hope this isn’t a representation of the business.

Brenda's birds is a fabulous bird shop! The staff is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their massive bird collection! I highly recommend visiting them even if it's just for a peek at their cute and super friendly birds! They rotate their larger feathered friends on perches that take up the center of the shop, they also offer bird grooming as well as DNA testing.

The place is clean. Stuff is nice, as well as birds. They have a lot of supplies for birds, which makes me very happy, and my pets love toys from this store, although prices sometimes may not be that cheap.

Horrible place. Brought my canary to board and when I left they asked me to come back in because they said the bird was dying. The bird actually went into shock which happens when you transport a canary to another place. They demanded to take my bird home even though he started to come back to himself. I brought he to another bird pace and was totally fine and is singing. I don't recommend this place. They were very nasty.

Best place to buy a healthy bird! Very knowledgeable about all birds. I just sent a friend there and he bought 2 English budgies. He's so happy with them. And was very impressed by how much info they gave him.

Recently came to brendas bird and as a pet enthusiast, seeing the conditions these birds were kept in was honestly so sad ): Macaws were kept in cages that were not meant for birds with only 1 perch in them. When I walked past it , it was displaying signs of stress, it was incredibly sad. The birds looked so stressed out. 1 perch and no toys is not sufficient for a bird. So many birds were screaming ( not squawking, screaming!!) All the birds wings were clipped and falling when they flew. ( i was told it was because if they are higher than you than they are assholes). One enclosure contained two african grays... the enclosure was a size for a budgie. There was no toys in any cages & only 1 perch in each if that. The employees were honestly telling information that were lies. You could honestly tell how much they wanted to sell a bird instead of prioritizing the birds needs. Wont come back here , check out golden cookatoo instead, they are wonderful. I hope the owner reads this and betters the care of these birds. These poor birds do not deserve to be kept in environments like this. It was honestly so depressing.
