I've been visiting for approximately 10 years and have experienced initially some great haircuts. I'm not sure how the manager Lauren is overseeing the salon, but the services and the attention are not what they were years ago.

Will not mentioned the stylist's name but the appointment was rushed and there was no consultation first. Next time i will try a diffeerent stylist.

I have been going to Bond Street for a little over a year and I couldn't be happier! I found Jacquie on Instagram and was relieved to find a stylist that is focused on haircuts since I don't dye my hair. She is hands down the best hair stylist I've ever gone to and she was even able to give me a great curl focused haircut when I started wearing my natural hair!

I am so disappointed with this salon. I was supposed to come in to get my hair done by an assistant, Joe. He had texted me and I made arrangements for myself and my daughter. Great. So my daughter went in and had her keratin. All went well. However, then it was my time to come in and Joe cancelled. He said someone needed the space. But that I would have many other dates to choose from. No problem. I understood. Well, that text never came. I tried texting him very nicely and he never responded. I eventually called the salon and asked for their help. They replied that they have no control over the assistants and basically said that's that. They said they would pass my message on to Joseph. Well, guess what. Joseph never called me or texted me. The salon made it very clear to me that they couldn't care how their salon's name looked out to the public. So so negative. I don't know why someone would do this to a customer. Such a wrong way to handle business. If he didn't want to do my hair (He never met me), he should've said he didn't have time.

Good but not worth over $300. All I wanted was a color and cut and it took from 10 AM all the way to 3:00 PM. What really prompted me to write this review is that my roots are already growing in and this has never happened for me this quickly. The staff is very nice but I would not return.
