I took a class with Marie on a Monday and my only regret is that I couldn't make it back soon enough. Super nice staff, kind and welcoming community. Neat, tidy studio. As someone who spends a considerable amount of time strength training, I was humbled by how challenging this was. However, Marie did a great job with her instructions so that I never quite lost my way. 10 stars

I wanted to take the time to write a special thank you to instructor Jessica. Today was my first Bikram class and I was incredibly nervous. I’ve been practicing hot yoga for about a year however I knew that Bikram yoga is especially hot and long. I also have read that some Bikram studios can be very strict so I was nervous about what might happen if I can’t keep up. I told Jessica I was new and right away she was very helpful. She told me that if at any point I felt dizzy or Ill to simply take a rest without leaving the room so that I would continue to acclimate to the heat. She also instructed me to take a spot near the door so that she could give me some cool air breaks. All in all she made it a very welcoming experience. Bikram yoga is definitely very different from other forms of yoga that I’ve practiced but I found it easy enough to follow along by watching the other yogis. I would absolutely recommend this studio to other new comers!

Every single teacher has been amazing, this is one of the best Bikram studios I’ve been to. The intro offer was amazing, the room temperature is great, the breathing through the nose for the two Pranayama is a great tweak and the experience of the teachers has improved my practice in s few sessions.

The instructors are fantastic and give the practitioners very good, helpful feedback. This is a very friendly studio with a great vibe. It is clean and well maintained.I look forward to going to Bikram Delray every time I visit. It’s my studio away from home.

Beware of this place! Dirty bathrooms and Inconsiderate harsh yoga teachers and owner !I’ve never been aggressively told I need to leave when trying to do 10 minutes resting after class AND they rudely started spraying toxic cleaning chemicals in the yoga room immediately after class. When I asked them not to spray them when I was in the room they just said class is over and we need you to leave. I told them Bikram always gives at least 10 minutes rest also after class and they literally barked at me and said not here we run the business our way and it’s time for you to go.

Practicing at Bikram Yoga Delray Beach, is an extraordinary experience. The staff, the teachers are highly trained, helpful, and dedicated to seeing their students make progress. Offering encouragement and teaching no matter what level you are at. The studio provides excellent posture clinics, as well as teacher, training, building, a community that inspires health and wellness. Do not hesitate to walk in and take a class this place is for everybody.No matter if you have done yoga for years or if you’ve never exercised a day in your life you will not regret giving it a chance.

I always enjoy my visits to Bikram in Delray. The classes are done is a beautiful and professional manner. The teachers are helpful and encouraging and they actually teach the class and they are not ever trying to outdo the students attending the class. Very helpful and inspiring. The studio is clean and it is a joy to attend there.

I am a long time student of Bikram Yoga Delray Beach for so many reasons. The teachers are extremely warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The studio is in a good location with plenty of parking. The space is conscientious, clean, and professionally run. This is one of the only studios in the area that still teaches the classic Bikram heated sequence of 26 poses, but no class is ever the same. There is a diverse population of like minded students, all kind and compassionate. Most of all, the yoga community here is nurturing and supportive which has been the most important factor in my yoga journey. This is a testament to the owner and all of his amazing teachers. I am so grateful for Bikram Yoga Delray Beach. It is my home away from home.
