Great furniture and kind staff that helped us a lot on finding what we need and for the delivery. The store itself is clean and spacious and there were pretty good discounts on a lot of furnitures.

The cashier Mari at the front is extremely rude and unprofessional, slamming down my glass candle on the counter several times. Wouldn't even acknowledge the customer. My Mom went yesterday and she told me how rude Mari was to her. How can she even have a job?

First of all in visiting the store, I can't understand how big lots close them self discount store with the employee told me they are clearly not a discount store any longer. I brought to the attention of a sales clerk that they were much more expensive on an item, then Petco and even more eggs expensive at TJ Maxx who also is a discount store to which she replied well every store has different prices I replied TJ Maxx is so much cheaper I don't understand she told me that's not possible and we are no longer a discount store. Then she pretty proceeded to tell me if I can get it at that price go buy it there, but she highly doubt it. I'm wondering how the manager trains people with this type of answers for customer service. This Hass to be the worst store for customer service, and employees, except for one girl at the end of the register who was very interested in knowing that TJ Maxx was cheaper than her store and was going to let her buyers know. But the other two behind the counter were not polite, not impressed at all that I had knowledge of other stores prices, and seemed very aggravated that I was unhappy with their prices. I guess that's why the stores are so empty.

Too many clothes in my closet!!! What to do??? I went to Big Lots and got 6 tier skirt clips on one hanger!!!! Now I can see my 6 skirts on one hanger. Made soooo much room in my closet! I went to 2 more Big Lots stores and got more. Now I have 2 FEET more room in my closet. 1 clip skirts clips are a thing of the past! Takes up way too much room . Big Lots is BIG on my list now.Going to do my shorts next!?

Waste of my time. Shelves are practically empty. Save yourself the time and headache just go across the street to Walmart.

Good place to shop on household items and snacks, get good deals! Just one problem the cashier Mari was very rude to a customer before me, and my turn she was nasty & rude be aware and prepared to be treated badly
