“I brought my thirteen year old Schwinn Fitness bike to Jeff at the Bicycle Lab to have the tires replaced and ended up purchasing a new Felt road performance bike while in his shop. He helped me pick out all the right accessories and was also very helpful explaining everything I needed to know about my new bike including how to lubricate the chain properly. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He is an avid cyclist and passionate about bikes just like me and when you meet him you feel comfortable working with him right away.
