I was there yesterday and a wonderful employee named Remi assisted me. The woman who was at the register was totally overwhelmed. They were busy and apparently she wanted to leave so he jumped in with a calm and friendly manner and took over and everyone in line calmed down as well. I hope he’s a manager because I ran a floor of nurses as a nursing manager and he’s a real team player who created a win-win situation. I actually bought more than I would have with the woman that was “helping “ me and spent more but left happier and believing I got a great deal and isn’t that what all customers really want, the best deal! He’s a real asset to the company and to the customers.

I recently visited bath and body in delray on federal highway and Joanne assisted me and is such a beautiful woman. She went above and beyond to access my information to help me earn deals for future purchases. That to me is going above and beyond. Forever grateful for her phenomenal customer service. ???

Had horrible experience at this store. As I went there with my 4yo. I was extremely disappointed. My son needed to go to the bathroom and the store manager Kaily, suggested that this store is not a place for a child, advised for me to take him to the parking lot. We ended up going to a next door neighbor that was beyond helpful. Returning to the store to finish my purchase when she saw me the rolled her eyes. I felt unwelcome and very uncomfortable. As a mother, sometimes we're forced to leave us for last and the only time I really had to enjoy myself I felt completely mistreated. I won't ever return to this location ever again. I left the store in tears.

Employees had such a horrible attitude literally felt like a bother I only shopped out of need to get someone a specific gift . Horrific customer experience. No greeting no eye contact . On her phone - no help with shopping . Felt like Both workers had a problem with me shopping .

Absolutely the worst experience at any Bath and Body I've ever been to.The young lady that was "helping" Acted like I was interrupting her personal story about becoming an actor's or singer very unprofessional nobody at the front Register I was the only customer in the store.

I was excited to see the store while out shopping in Delray and I decided I would treat myself to some bath products. Unfortunately the lack of customer service had me walking out after about 10 minutes of walking around checking out the new product. Not one of the three associates approached or even aknowledged me. Apparently hanging out by the register and discussing their personal issues was more important than customers.

The staff and management were incredible... Friendly.. knowledgeable.. and efficient. The best shopping experience of the season. Both the sales associate and the manager made me feel like I was family and really took the time to make sure that all of my needs were met. I wish everyone was this helpful, courteous, and attentive. This specific establishment must be visited if u r any place close.

The staff was friendly BUT, I had at the register to buy the moisturizer sanitizer, with other times, and I had a coupon, she showed me which one applies to it, I still wanted the sanitizer and for some reason she didn’t understand me and didn’t add the sanitizer to my purchase, when I never said or indicated that I didn’t want it. When I left I realized the product was missing from my bag. When I I came back in, the woman at the register had a blank stare and made it seem like it was my fault, when it was hers. I was so upset, because it was the last one, and she didn’t even know what happened to it when it was suppose to be mine and purchased. She only apologized and was condescending. I will not return to that store.

Great selection and great customer service. Employees were helpful and not pushy.
