I went to this branch yesterday. The customer service and assistance could not have been better. The female manager I’m sorry I forgot her name was super helpful and Caryn beckman was not only extremely helpful and knowledgeable but very genuine and kind. Lee Wells who handles the Merrill Lynch accounts was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I appreciated the time he spent with me. This will be my go to branch always!

My mother came to this location and they went above and beyond to help her, printing paperwork that she needed and making change for her, among other things. She was thrilled to have found a location with such helpful and friendly staff.

Horrible location with no sense of customer service. Will make you wait hours and simply does not care about anyone elses time. Sat in line for an hour just for the bank teller to stand up and walk off no explanation just walks off and leaves the full line wondering when they will be getting helped.

I wish I could give Bank of America a 0 star rating they have failed miserably over the last several months for months keeping you wait even on appointments for up to an hour as soon as my house closes in a month I am pulling every penny out of there and we'll tell everybody I know to stay away from Bank of America they have to be the worst bank in america right now

It became the worst branch of Bank of America ! went to have my signature notarize and Jacqueline de Assumpcao Ramos I think the worst of the worst associate working there refuses to do so!She never look up to the document that was showing her and says that she cannot do it ! It was an certification of address to my daughter to get her first drivers license and I had to sign it and Jacqueline who has the title of "Relationship Manager " refuses it .And I was there but she wanted my daughter as well. So I left the bank and complain about and went to Chase Bank and I've got the document notarized without delay .oh and i cannot forget that Jacqueline is suppose to help Portuguese spoken people but she refuses to do so. DON"T TRUST HER! she is mean and not helpful at all

Bank of America is a horrible bank to do business with I'm in the middle of a mortgage and they don't even print out last month's statement until the middle of the month now and they claim it's cause of covid people should stop doing business with Bank of America they're failing customers miserably I will pull my money out of there as fast as I can as soon as this mortgage process is over I hate Bank of America I would recommend everybody stay away their worthless their services are horrible you wait in line forever just to deposit money and their attitude sucks

This is the worst bank!! I’ve been waiting for one hour to have a document notarized and all the personnel were helping other people. Then they started leaving and going to lunch and I’m still sitting here waiting fir over an hour!! Do not use this branch!

I had a great experience with Jonathan Rodriguez there. Super helpful, courteous, and explained everything to me about all the banking services. Highly recommend this location. There is also always an armed guard outside and someone inside the bank to direct you.

Not enough tellers. Always a long wait. I received back the wrong amount of change for a business account, we were getting coins and bills. The teller was super confused with doing large amounts of change for business. Better training is needed.
