Very professional business establishment.The staff customer service is phenomenal!The assistant manager JP aka Ashley is a true professional and put 21 percent into all his customers. If you are in delray or surrounding area’s this is where you should shop for good quality furniture. I just love all my selected pieces. Thanks badcock furniture!

We came to pick up our nightstands. We have an Elantra. Would they fit? We thought maybe.As it turned out, it wasn't close. In the boxes, no way. What if we took them out. Ivan at Badcick was willing to give it a try. Unpacked them and figured a way to get the in. So, as you might guess, he will always be Ivan the Great to us. Nothing remotely terrible about him.

When I walked in all the sales reps was sitting down at desk no one approached me and my friend when we came in after been there about 10 minutes the one guy who was taking care of the customer and he spoke to my friend so we continue to walk around the store looking no one never came and asked can I help you so we left

Left a voice mail with a thick accent mumbling hardly intelligible saying I had a past due payment and threatening to come to my house ... that's all I could figure out. I have never purchased furniture from this store and wish you didn't call me threatening me

Horrible!!!!Horrible!!!! Horrible!!!! I purchased a bedroom set a few months ago. When it was delivered it had numerous scratches and the dressers were off track. They first told me it would be a while to replace after waiting over 3 months to get the set. After going back and forth a few times with them I agreed to keep it as long as they compensated me financially on the purchase. At that point I had thrown out my previous set and needed somewhere to sleep. Strike #1. Went back and purchased a washer. Everything was perfect and I had my father to pick up the washer. Decided to give Badcock one more try because the customer service inside the store is awesome (Anthony). What a HUGE mistake. Purchased a leather recliner living room set. When they delivered it as they took it out the box it had a rip in the back. I explained to them I did NOT want that sofa. They offered me $60 (what a huge slap in the face when I was paying thousands of dollars for it). I told them absolutely not. They then told me they would replace it on the following Tuesday and I could keep it until then. I was still unhappy and asked for compensation for my inconvenience. They again offered $60 credit. Ok cool. Tuesday came and they had the NERVE to send someone to repair the sofa not replace it. I told them I didn't purchase a repaired sofa I purchased a new one and that's what I want..... Then they told the tech guy it was the arm rest when clearly it was a rip in the back. So as of today I still don't have my furniture, I have to wait for them to resend someone (I took a day off of work to wait for them since they can only give you a time frame) and I can't seem to get anyone on the line at customer service.... Then they want a payment.......... ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will pay when I get my furniture or they can come pick it up.........

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a large selection to choose from and plenty of stock. We purchased a sofa and it will be delivered in 2 days.

This is my third time purchasing with Badcock. I love to redecorate every few years and I just keep coming back. They are always updating their styles and pricing is very good. Service and delivery have always been on point. Love this store!
