Walked in the store. No one acknowledge me. I looked around for 5 to 10 minutes and I found a bedroom set. I like I went up to ask an associate some information about it. He stood did not ask me if I needed any help and he just let me go around the showroom looking myself. Finally a lady named Chantal came up and and asked me if I’m being helped and I’m thankful for her. She was so sweet and kind but overall the customer service in this place is disgusting. I do not recommend And it’s such a shame.

Furniture NOT made to last.
I purchased this furniture just a year ago .. and it just so happens after 1 year the entire bed set falls apart, in the middle of the night when we are sleeping not to mention. Now , I did move out of the area and do not have the ability to return the entire thing but this still shouldn’t matter. I have purchased multiple pieces from them and have spent thousands. I can’t simply get a little refund or a replacement. Ridiculous.

Very professional business establishment.The staff customer service is phenomenal!The assistant manager JP aka Ashley is a true professional and put 21 percent into all his customers. If you are in delray or surrounding area’s this is where you should shop for good quality furniture. I just love all my selected pieces. Thanks badcock furniture!
