I had Gary as my main spokesperson for the car and I found him very sleazy at the end of my shopping experience. When I first messaged on the phone he quoted me $2600 for the shipping alongside a discount of $1300 after he said he could ship it alongside another vehicle. After we negotiated the price, I had everything expedited to meet the shipping demands only for him to go back on the deal and quote me $2900, and this was for an open trailer. I mentioned that this wasn’t clear on his end since I had everything transparent from my side only for him to cut me off and say, “I’m not going to ruin my holidays for you,” and “I’ve spent a lot of time on documents and videoing for you.” And to be clear these are purchase contracts and CA documents alongside two less than 5-minute Facetime calls to see the car since the car is being purchased sight unseen.
Then they called me back the next day telling me they had a pricing error for the shipping and they could magically reach the $2k and below shipping price. We also agreed on an OTD price for the car and they immediately started charging me a pre-delivery fee that we had not discussed. After I asked them to remove it they put it back in the document after. Please watch out between the lines for what they charge, I am out $700 because of this. This is what they charge for the paperwork supposedly but they do it in a very sleazy way. Then I was switched over to Steve, who was a little more pleasant to deal with and actually had an idea of what was going on. The initial response did leave a bad taste in my mouth. I had to get my bank involved to get everything to go smoothly.
For a dealer that sends so many cars to California, they sure are clueless about timing and paperwork services, they promise things that they know you won’t meet. I know this is a pretty typical dealership experience but I really had high hopes since it seemed like they were willing to work with me but once the funds were received, I feel as if their tone changed drastically. I’d avoid and to see more critical reviews, I'd also check their Yelp.

I was very nervious having a car shipped across country. Gary and Howard kept me informed the entire time and I received excellent service. I got the car I wanted at a great price. WIll do busines again.

Bought my used Bently here 1 month ago. It was shipped to Harlingen, Tx right after all repairs were completed. I received the title with no stress. The owner Gary should be proud of the dignity and hard work this company provides. I am enjoying this new vehicle very much. -Linda

The worst dealership and this scum need to be put out of business. Gary is a bold face liar shame on FL to allow he's broker acting like a dealership. His address is to a collision shop. Don't do any business with this person or you'll regret it. I wish I had check yelp before getting involved.

Gary is a crook. Do not give him any money. He attempted to steal my deposit and since he never wrote a formal contract (he simply gave me a receipt) the DMV was powerless which he obviously knew. I won in small claims court and received a portion back to date. Scumbag

The staff was very professional and helpful, They took the time to show you the vehicle you inquired about and rrad to yoj alm the specs ov the car, the manager was very helpful and took the time to discuss financing options and terms without any pressure.

do not send them any money this place is bad business they ask for a 5K deposit now they wont give the money back and each day they say it is in the mail this place is no good on top of that they sold the car i was going to buy i am taking to them to court and i have the DA on there line
