Unacceptable Service from Assistant Manager Marcel at AmTrust Bank / Delray Beach Branch.I am compelled to share a deeply concerning encounter with Marcel, the Assistant Manager at AmTrust Bank, which starkly contradicts the professional standards one would expect.My mother needed assistance with a wire transfer, and regrettably, Marcel was assigned to help. The transaction was incorrectly processed by Marcel, leading to its rejection. In an astonishing display of unprofessionalism, Marcel informed my mother of incurring extra charges due to this error, blatantly failing to recognize his own fault in the matter.When we revisited AmTrust Bank to address this, Marcel's behavior was reprehensibly rude. He continuously interrupted us, showed a complete lack of respect, and astonishingly, refused to apologize for his mistake.It was only after we sought help from other staff members, Alex and Cathy, and demanded to speak to the branch manager, that Marcel begrudgingly apologized and rectified the error by reversing the charges.This experience was not only frustrating but also deeply disheartening. Marcel's conduct and his initial refusal to take responsibility for his actions are alarming. I strongly advise anyone dealing with Marcel at AmTrust Bank to be exceedingly vigilant and double-check all transactions. His behavior and lack of accountability should not be underestimated.AmTrust Bank customers deserve better, and I sincerely hope this feedback prompts necessary changes in staff training and customer service standards.

Sorry, but the cushions were only saved for size safely in a trash bag. We want NEW foam and fabric. That's why it wasn't a concern for us. It was your concern for us Not something we were considering. We never gave it much thought. We came to you about the frames. Yes I did pick them up from the side of the trash. Lucky me Someone's trash is another persons treasure. I'm not a dumpster diver

Mary had been a phenomenal God send navigating and providing the banking services that my husband and I much needed during a very difficult time of a loved one's passing. Her kindness, professionalism and expertise were a tremendous blessing to us especially since we live in the North East. It will be a pleasure to transfer our assets to AM Trust for our banking needs when we relocate to Delray Beach due to such excellent customer service that Mary provided. Thank you again Mary. You're truly an asset to AM Trust.
