So I needed to tow my car so I call triple AAA and tell them i need a car towed he talks me into the premium membership so i can get it towed right away, I sign up then i call to have the car towed and that will be another 189 dollars because you cannot use AAA for 3 days - thats crap - he was extremely kurt and says I can cancel your membership for a 60 fee - seriously!!!!

Terrible service I was stuck on the highway for 2hrs just for them to call me back and tell me they can’t find anyone to tow me. This has happened before. I will be canceling my membership immediately!!

My husband and I visited AAA Delray Beach, FL yesterday to get a quote on our car and condo insurance as we just recently bundled our home and car with AAA in New Jersey. We met with Mr. Jon Thelamont who reviewed our current policies and advised us that we had excellent coverage here in Florida.It was refreshing to have a professional like Jon to be very honest with us. Kudos to AAA Insurance for a top notch employee! ?

I can't begin to tell you how bad their service and customer service is. I've been sitting on the side of the highway for 3 hours, my car is dead and it's hot as hell. I called at 810 am and it's now 1140, I don't know if there is a tow truck heading to me at all. I spoke to 5 different people and they were just horrible, they did not care to help and it was more of a bother that I called, I'm absolutely canceling my service and having my family do the same, we need more reliable service.

Surprisingly quick and easy! The lady at front door (I believe the cashier) was amazing! So nice and pleasant. Erik, the person helping me get my International Drivers Permit (IDP) made it simple.They take photos here ($12) and get you the IDP booklet ($20) right away. No need to wait! Simple and easy to get accomplished in less than 30 minutes.Maybe I got lucky… ?

After over 30 years of loyalty to AAA, I am very disappointed in the Delray Beach Branch. A few months ago I contacted a travel agent (Francine S.) to help me plan a special trip for my daughter. In discussing the details of the trip with her, I was informed that all the accommodations were confirmed with the hotels that l booked.However, when I arrived at the hotels, their representatives stated that not all the amenities l expected were confirmed. I felt disappointed and deceived.I discussed the situation with Francine and she quickly stated that nothing could be done and referred me to Mr. Bob Long who could assist me in this matter. (I believe Mr. Long is the office manager.)Although l left several messages and an email for Mr. Long… to this date, I was not contacted. I think AAA Delray Beach is only concerned about getting their membership fees and not customer satisfaction.

09/02/23Subject: Formal Complaint against AAADear Sir/Madam,I am writing to file a formal complaint and negative review against AAA regarding the handling of my recent request for a tow service. I am a valued customer of AAA and have been paying an annual fee to ensure that I receive prompt assistance in the event of a breakdown. However, the service I received on 09/02/23 was highly unsatisfactory and has caused me significant inconvenience and distress.On 09/02/23 at approximately 7:24 pm EST, I contacted AAA to request a tow for my 2015 Harley Davidson Motorcycle, which had broken down. Despite multiple agreed-upon times for the tow, AAA failed to meet any of these commitments. Concerned about the delay, I made several calls to live agents to inquire about the status of my request. Each time, I was informed that the towing times had been changed, without any valid explanation.To my dismay, AAA eventually notified me that they would not have a tow truck available until 8 am the following morning. In an attempt to resolve the situation, AAA offered to reimburse me if I found a tow company on my own. I managed to locate a suitable company that quoted a fee of $387.00. I immediately put this company on the phone with AAA, and it was at this point that AAA clarified that they meant to reimburse me for the cost, rather than pay the tow company directly. Unfortunately, I do not have the funds to cover this expense upfront.I expressed my concerns to AAA, explaining that I felt unsafe being stranded at the breakdown location during late-night hours. I also highlighted the fact that AAA had deceived me by repeatedly pushing back the towing times, only to inform me when all potential motorcycle towing companies were closed. This situation puts my motorcycle at risk of theft or vandalism, particularly in an area that can be considered unsafe during late-night hours.Furthermore, as a result of AAA's mishandling of this situation, I am now forced to miss church services or meditation in the morning to accommodate the tow truck driver's arrival. I am left hoping that AAA does not provide false information or make further mistakes. If my motorcycle is damaged or stolen due to AAA's series of errors and negligence in securing a tow when available motorcycle towing partners were open, I firmly believe that AAA should be held liable for any resulting theft or vandalism.I notified the Broward County Sheriff’s non- emergency line to ensure my vehicle wasn’t impounded. The on duty patrolling officer mention when he called me tonight that he too was concerned that the vehicle is in an area of potential risk.The entire experience has caused me immense stress and frustration. I feel that I have been treated unfairly and that AAA's actions were in direct violation of the service agreement I have with them. I kindly request that the AAA corporate office, as well as a parallel Better Business Bureau inquiry will thoroughly review this case and others similar to mine, in order to protect the rights and interests of customers who may find themselves in similar situations.I have copies of relevant documentation, including my service agreement with AAA, as well as any written, text and snapshot correspondence and records of phone calls made during this incident. I trust that AAA and the Better Business Bureau will conduct a fair investigation into this matter and take appropriate action to rectify the situation.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt resolution and your assistance in ensuring that AAA upholds its commitment to providing reliable and satisfactory service to its customers.Yours sincerely,Russ Hindman

Took 4 hrs to towmy car. Been a member for over 30 years. They told us oh well on the phone. Tow truck was from Miami and we live in Palm Beach. Going to cancel membership as they do not value longtime members.

HORRIBLE!!!! I purchased this insurance 3 weeks ago. I've been stuck in my car for almost 3 hours now waiting for them to come and check my battery. My car battery just died in the middle of a parking lot. I've called several times to check in ETA and all I get is "Assistance is on it's way". I live by myself in FL and barely have no one to call to for help. Probably first and last time using them.
