I always try to do my due diligence so I found them on the Better Business Bureau site with an A+ rating and good reviews. David gave us a fair value and we were very satisfied with the experience.

I chose A.D.S. because of the detailed reviews. I used them to appraise a piece of jewelry and they could not have been more gracious with their time and couldn't have possibly made me feel any more comfortable than they did. They took extra care to never let the ring leave my sight and took every opportunity to patiently explain the quality of the piece and how they came to the appraised value. I haven't used them to make any jewelry YET, but I assure you I will. It was a pleasure to support a multi generational family owned business and hope you will too.

My fiance went to them to design a custom engagement ring around a family heirloom. David and his dad were so amazing they met him on weekends to help design it. Months later when I chipped on of the tanzanites they not only replaced the stone, but also went completely above and beyond to bring my engagement ring to me while I was at my place of work so i could have it before going out of the town for the weekend. Would highly highly reccomend! Small family business that takes care of you like family!

I had four rings that were my grandmother's that have been in a safety deposit box for years, and it was finally time to take them out and get them appraised. I found Chaim on Yelp after doing a search for jewelry appraisals, and he did not disappoint! I came in with my family on a Sunday morning after making an appointment, and he talked us through the appraisal process, why he was giving certain grades to the diamonds, and really educated us on the process. We got 4 rings appraised in ~2 hours, and really enjoyed speaking with Chaim. If you need a jewelry appraisal, definitely go to A.D.S.!

Wonderful experience. From communication, to professionalism, to service. I went in for a simple watch battery repair. He couldn't get the last screw out so brought it to one of his specialist guys and told me he would get it back to me the next day. Went out of his way for a small transaction and I really appreciate it. Since the service was top notch, I went back a few days later asking for my gold necklace to be shortened. The turn around was impressive and he even sent it half way across the country back to my home in Colorado. I would be using these guys for everything jewelry if I lived in Florida! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Thanks David!

We first went to A.D.S. in 2018 for appraisals. Chaim was great - very knowledgeable and, much more importantly, willing to say "I'm not sure about this item. Let me do some research first before I make a decision." That is what a true expert does.Most recently we met with David and Chaim to sell some unused gold pieces and to have a ring turned into a pendant. David took the lead and was great. He went several extra steps to make sure my wife was thrilled with the new necklace, getting 4 different samples of bails for us to choose from, polishing up the necklace and more.

Excellent service from both Chaim and David at ADS! They are both very knowledgeable, honest and courteous. They appraised a few of my jewelry pieces and let me tell you, Chaim has vast knowledge of diamonds and gold! He was ultra detailed and explained the process to me step by step as he went along! I know more about diamonds now then I ever did! The appraisals were professionally done and beautifully packaged, all for a very reasonable cost. I will be taking all my jewelry to Chaim/ADS from now on! Great job guys. I would give them a higher rating if I could! Glad I found them.

I have used them on two separate occasions and both times they were more than fair to the point that I felt they weren't charging me enough. I had a ring set and it came out exactly they way I wanted and it was given back to me in a beautiful box that had a light that came on when you opened the ring box (really beautiful touch) and the other time I brought a stone to have it appraised and evaluated and they were super honest and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. I will never go to another jeweler as long as they're in business (which I believe will be for a very long time).
