Priced fairly. I drive about 20mls farther to shop at this Walmart its a well run store.

It's so clean. I almost forget that shopping at Walmart. The new layout can be very confusing. The aisles are wider which is nice. All in all the stores a lot easier to navigate.

The inside of the store is horrendous. Organization of products vaguely exists. The already always overpopulated store is made worse by overcrowded aisles. Employees are less than friendly and rarely helpful. The check out area is an absolute nightmare. There is often no choice but self check out, which I hate, but then I am stopped at the store to check my receipt by arrogant greeters. To avoid the inside the store hassle, I started using curbside order pickup… no better. Orders are often missing items or the item “needed to be substituted” to which I can walk in the store and literally buy the originally ordered item. I’ve had the store mark orders as picked up that I have not received and had to go through customer service who acted like they were doing me a favor for refunding money for products that were never received. Yes, cheaper prices, but poor quality of customer service, consistency, accuracy or having any other value than being a little cheaper than nearby competitors.

We found what we needed, no hassle checking out with a cashier quickly and easily. Unlike Walmart in the city where I live. Have longer lines and no one to help you. The hosting cashier asked if we wanted cashier or self service, we told her cashier and she told us where to go. Whereas in Georgia we're left waiting to get help. I enjoy the quick service there. Hopefully this will help other Walmart to follow suit.
