I stood in line at the register for 5 minutes while the cashier stood there looking at me across the store and never came up to wait on me so I could pay for my stuff until 2 or 3 other people walked up to the counter I will never go back very unprofessional and very rude

The pharmacy workers at this walgreens are liars who don't care about customer service. My Rx was on backorder somewhere else. I called this pharmacy and they told me they had it for me, so I transferred my Rx to them. I got and email and a phone call that it was filled and ready, but when I went the next day, they had cancelled it without notifying me. They assured me they had it and would fill it. When I went back, they told me they didn't have it but would order it for me, and could get it in 30 days. I was forced to transfer back to my original pharmacy where I was put back on the wait list, at the very bottom. Thanks Walgreens, you absolute liars. Would choose zero stars if I could.

WORST PHARMACY IVE EVER BEEN TO. And they don’t even care. I have to expect to wait at least 20min every time I’m there, they lose prescriptions and cancel them without any notice or phone call. Even when I confirmed if I could pick up my medicine they canceled it as I was on the way there and said oh well I have to wait another 3 days for it. Use this pharmacy only if you don’t need your medication.

Pathetic, service is lacking. Not enough staff and staff thAt are working stock and not work check out. This used to be my go to until the girl in phot and apathetic manager. I left my stuff and won't be back. Moving my rxs too, family included. You lost my business!

Worst Walgreens EVER!!! Sit at window for 7 minutes before they even acknowledge you (and that’s only because I rang the bell) and then they answer like you are bothering them. They lie about receiving prescriptions, lie about filling them, gave my prescription to someone else and then told me I was too early to pick it up even though I picked it up the exact same day previous month and insurance allows a 3 day policy of picking up early. Prescriptions are NEVER ready on time, they never call to let me know prescriptions are ready. If you want HONEST, COURTEOUS and prescriptions on a TIMELY basis and they even use their automated system to let you know your meds are ready, CHOOSE CVS ON PLYMOUTH BLVD IN DELAND

One employee at the store is fabulous her name is Dawn. With all the bad publicity that this Pharmacy gets I really believe the Dawn should move into a different Pharmacy because it's giving her the bad publicity and she's great.The Pharmacy hours here are terrible. They close at 5 on a Saturday evening, how sad. I also have trouble getting my prescriptions filled when they say they will be filled I just recently had problems with a particular prescription. I came up three times today when they told me it would be ready in a half an hour, I would come back 45 minutes later I was told again half an hour came back an hour later and then I was told that it wouldn't be filled till the next day. This happens quite often at this store. I don't know if it's the pharmacist or if it's just a because they've got too many customers and not enough pharmacists. I would recommend that if you need prescriptions you stay away from this Pharmacy. I will be putting a complaint in with a Better Business Bureau!
