I went to Victoria Nails & Spa today for the first time for a pedicure. I was concerned because I have never found a place that can do a good pedi with massage, and ingrown toe nails. Kenny the owner did my pedi and I was blown away. He was so detailed about every nail. I had for the first time the best I have ever had and I have had many. He is the best and I will never go anywhere else. I am his customer for life.

It was one of the worst waxing services I've ever had. She was so rough and trying to be quick to get it done because she had a customer in the chair. I would have waited longer her for her to be done with her other customers so she didn't rush through my eyebrow wax. She burned me with the wax, and then at the end, she pushed my head and neck up to get me off the table. I'm about to have neck surgery. She has no idea how bad that hurt for her to put her hands on my neck and shove me up. I couldn't even get her name. I was so mad. I will never go back here, nor will I recommend anyone. No wonder this place only has a 3.5 stars. Do not go here. WORST WAXING SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!

I tried using different technicians. I gave myself several opportunities to like them due to the convenience of the location. Last visit was my last as they are all extremely rough with their tools making it a bit nerve recking. The filing dug through the skin causing soreness for several days. I spoke to a neighbor who also gets her nails done with them; she too experienced the same but unfortunately the close proximity to the home keeps her coming back. Very unfriendly owners.

I visited this salon about half a dozen times. They are in so much of a rush to help the next person they just don’t care. Out of my 10 fingers 6 have fungus now. I will not ever return to this salon.

So I called to see if there's availability and they said there was right away. I was in the parking lot nearby, so I walked right in and got seen right away with Kenny. This was on a Thursday around 1:30 PM. I went in for an acrylic but changed my mind as I saw a sign that said it was nontoxic and better for you- the dip. I have had dips before and have had an allergic reaction to them. They make me itchy and I get bumps on my skin. This one seemed different. I inquired about it and he said no they've never had anyone with any complaint or issue with this. Of course everyone's different. So I opted for the dip powder color cotton candy 111 with acrylic tips. I typically choose dip powder because less drilling in my experience elsewhere. Unfortunately, this required a lot of drilling for some reason. I did let him know ahead of time that I have sensitive cuticles, and you can't twist my fingers certain ways as they usually do because it hurts. I let him know a few times when he was hurting me. He didn't seem to like this. He told me to relax. Kinda hard to relax when you're getting hurt. And then I told him that the drill was hurting near my cuticle multiple times. This ended up bleeding after the fact and hurting for several days. In an awkward area where a Band-Aid wouldn't stay on. Also noticed while he was doing it that he wasn't brushing the product to the edge on the sides of my fingers. I pointed this out before it would be too late as I was short on time, and he replied shortly 'can you just let me finish? Because I have to go fast, can you just let me finish?! it will be OK you'll see.' It was not OK. As you will see in the pictures. Also, I was quoted a time of 30 minutes and it took about 40 to 45 minutes. Not a huge deal. The length was good, what I requested. Unfortunately several nails are crooked and filed unevenly. For $55 plus tip this is too much for a low quality job. His attitude and demeanor was very short, abrupt and borderline rude. He tried to be nice it seemed, but it was beyond him. For this, I will not be returning to Kenny. I may return to this spa and request someone else. It is very pretty inside. Kenny told me that they have been doing this 25 years and here at this location 16 years. I did want to try it and was scared to try it honestly because of the other reviews. I have heard from others that the wife is better, so perhaps I'll try her next time. I like to give people chances & the benefit of the doubt. Everyone can have a bad day sometimes. But again this is a service, not a cheap one at that. So I do expect quality for my nails to be done proper. Regarding the dip powder and allergies - I have had extremely itchy and bumps forming on my skin since this powder. So this will not be for me. To each his own. Everyone is different. Hopefully others can use this as its a beautiful color!

Very nice place ! Decent prices, Quiet, relaxed and they were a little backed up but we didn't mind.. comfortable chairs and it didn't smell all chemically ! I believe this will be our new pedicure place and it's so close to our home in Cassadaga!

I've been using this salon for over 6 months now and the service has been consistent, professional and friendly. The owners work very hard to get everyone who walks through the door in a chair as soon as possible. My nails and toenails always turn out great! It is a family owned business, which I appreciate having owned a service business in the past.Services: Acrylic nails

Tony gave me a pedicure and did an outstanding job! I’ve been fighting an ingrown toenail, he got it out and I have no pain. I have also had Kathy and she does a great job. Thank you for taking care of me. Between the pedicure, foot massage and massage chair I was totally relaxed when I left. I’ll be back when I return in August.
