Bad experience. Was returning an amazon package was told I needed to put a cardboard box within a cardboard box. So I just went to a different ups and returned the package.

Jim and Brandon were super helpful at this store. They take great care of me when I am needing to print flyers for my business. They came out beautiful. I would highly recommend this storm for all your packaging and printing needs.

Who charges $2.49 to print one piece of paper? Every UPS Store and FedEx I've asked to print one or two pages while I was on the go in the past did that for me for free. I don't have words to describe how I feel about this without writing a short story, but that was enough to characterize the management and make me decide to do my shipping elsewhere.

Honestly, I've never had a problem here (the younger guy with blonde highlights is consistently amazing) but this new girl, Abigail, is miserable!!!
Complained about the brightness being to low to scan the code off my phone. I told her another associate scanned it just fine less than 2 minutes prior, to which she responded "Oh well".
Maybe she was frustrated/overwhelmed at the long line, but it's UPS and there's OFTEN a long line. If that bothers you, work elsewhere ??♀️
It was so bad that when I was done & walked away, I told a fellow customer to have a good day because I'm naturally a happy person, ) that she said "Thank you!" at me from behind as thought I was talking to her. Good luck to whatever manager has to deal with that. She ruins the whole vibe?

Last year I backed my truck up in front of the door with a large box that was being returned to Amazon, When I was lifting the box from the bed of my truck a young lady ran out of the store and took the box from me. I was 81 yrs old and it was heavy and I was highly impressed at the consideration this young lady had for an old man like me.
I am retired with copd and do not mind waiting in a long line.
